Next, when the reagent dropping device 38 is activated, 0.01
A predetermined amount of ~0.03cc of reagent is added to the test hair fixture 1 above.
It is dropped into the narrow groove 5 of. When this reagent is dropped, a signal is sent to the measurement start detection circuit 40 by a detection means (not shown) that automatically detects that the reagent has been dropped, and a signal is sent to the timer circuit 4 via the control circuit 44.
5 to start time measurement. Since the hair to be tested is inserted into the narrow groove 5, the reagent uniformly contacts the hair to be tested, causing it to swell and soften, and then begins to stretch under tension from the weight 3. Then, when this weight 3 gradually moves downward and blocks the light from the first photosensor 29 by the detection tool for position detection, the initial predetermined interval elongation time detection circuit 41 detects that the reagent will elongate by 2 mm after dropping. time
T 1 is displayed on the display section 48, and the time is measured again. Then, when the test hair grows further and the light from the second photosensor 30 is blocked by the position detecting device, the time T 2 required for the hair to grow by 10 mm is calculated by the predetermined interval growth time detection circuit 42. It is displayed on the display unit 48 and the time measurement is continued.

Now, when the test hair cannot withstand the tension of the weight 3 and is cut, the weight 3 falls and the contact plate 35 is displaced, which closes the switch 37 and stops the time measurement by the fall detection circuit 43. At the same time, the time at which it stopped is set as the cutting time T3 on the display section 4.
Display on 8. By comparing and determining the above-mentioned measured data with the data of T 1 , T 2 and T 3 for healthy hair, normal hair and damaged hair, the quality of the hair to be tested is determined and displayed on the display section 48 to display the hair quality. Finish the quality diagnosis.

As explained above, according to the present invention, there is provided a weight that applies tension to the test hair, a reagent dropping device that drops a predetermined reagent onto the test hair, and the test hair starts to grow when the reagent is dropped. A hair quality diagnostic device that diagnoses the quality of healthy hair, normal hair, and damaged hair by measuring the time it takes for the hair to grow, the time it takes to grow to a specified length, or the time it takes to cut the hair to determine the degree of damage to the hair. In order to insert the test hair into the test hair fixture, the test hair fixture and the weight have a concave narrow groove opening from the center toward the outer periphery and having a square or square cross section. Since it is installed in the axial direction of the weight, it can be installed very easily by simply inserting the hair to be tested, and since it makes sufficient contact with the reagent, it can be used to measure hair growth time in a short time and with little variation in data. and the test hair fixture and the weight part are configured to be able to be combined,
In this combined state, both ends of the test hair are fixed to the test hair fixture and the ends of the weight part by appropriate fixing means, so that the weight part oscillates when the test hair is fixed. Not only does it not move, making the fixing work much easier, but it also eliminates the inconvenience of cutting the hair to be tested because no unreasonable force is applied to the hair to be tested during fixation. It can be effective.

1. A weight section that applies tension to the test hair, a reagent dropping device that drops a predetermined reagent onto the test hair, and a time period from when the reagent is dropped until the test hair begins to grow to a predetermined length. This device measures the time it takes for the hair to grow or the time it takes to cut it to determine the degree of hair damage and diagnose the quality of healthy hair, normal hair, and damaged hair. , a hair diagnosis in which a concave narrow groove, such as a cross-sectional shape or square shape, is provided in the axial direction of the hair fitting and the weight, which opens from the center toward the outer periphery of the hair fitting and the weight. In the test hair attachment structure of the device, the above-mentioned test hair attachment tool and the weight part are configured so that they can be combined, and in this combined state, both ends of the test hair are attached to the test hair attachment tool and the weight part. A structure for attaching hair to be examined in a hair diagnostic device, characterized in that the hair is fixed at the end portion by an appropriate fixing means.
