工原理図、第３図はその成形歯車部の従来の歯形形状を
表す歯形概念図、第４図はこれによる被加工歯車の加工
状態を表す斜視図、第５図及び第７図は本考案による歯
車形面取り工具の成形歯車部のそれぞれ一実施例の歯形
形状を表す歯形概念図、第６図は第５図に示した工具に
よる被加工歯車の加工状態を表す斜視図であり、図中の
符号で、
１１．２１は成形歯車部、１２．２２は歯車形面取り工
具の歯面、１３は歯溝、１４，２３は傾斜面、１５は被
加工歯車、１６は被加工歯車の歯先面、１７は面取り端
面、１８は被加工歯車の歯面、１９．２０は面取り部で

Claims (1)

造により面取りする傾斜部を形成したことを特徴とする
