Freezer and refrigerated storage cases have two types of wastewater: defrost water from the evaporator and wastewater from inside the inner box (condensed water adhering to the inside of the refrigerator, sewage from washing the inside of the refrigerator, water from products, etc.). It becomes a problem. Wastewater from inside the inner box is generally contaminated water with product scraps, wrapping paper, etc. mixed in (this is especially noticeable in open case cases), so wastewater from inside the inner box and evaporator The defrosting water is separated from the defrosting water and collected in a drainage container, and the defrosting water from the evaporator is evaporated by installing a heat generating device (for example, a heater or the heat generating part of the refrigeration circuit) in the container, and then the water is collected in the inner box. Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-26388 proposes a drainage structure in which the waste water from the tank is treated separately by disposal or other methods. In the structure proposed in the same publication, a top is provided on the inner surface of the bottom plate of the insulating outer box to separate the dripping part of defrost water from the evaporator from the dripping part of waste water from the inner box to the left and right, so that these can be separated. Drainage pipes are provided from the bottom of each of the defrosting water dripping section and the waste water dripping section to the lower side of the insulated outer box, and are received by respective drainage receiving containers arranged in parallel below the insulated outer box.
However, in this structure, the wastewater receiving containers are lined up in two rows, so a large capacity cannot be obtained, and there is a risk of water leakage. In particular, when evaporating using a heat generating device, there is a drawback that the evaporation area cannot be increased.

By the way, in order to increase the area of the wastewater receiving container, it is possible to arrange the two wastewater receiving containers not in two rows horizontally but in two vertically. The drainage conduit leading to the lower drainage receptacle must be arranged to avoid the upper drainage receptacle, resulting in complications such as piping complexity and clogging at bends.

In view of the above points, the present invention is capable of enlarging the evaporation area of the defrosting water of the evaporator while receiving the defrosting water from the evaporator and the drainage from the inner box in separate containers.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a drainage structure in which two drainage receiving containers are arranged in two tiers to eliminate the risk of water leakage, and there is no risk of clogging due to the complexity or bending of the drainage conduit to the lower tier. It is.

On the other hand, a saucer 12 is disposed adjacent to the lower side of the insulating outer box to receive defrost water from the drain pipe 10. The level of the joint between the protruding end of the drain pipe 10 and the flexible pipe 15 of the drain pipe 11 is set higher than the upper end of the periphery of the saucer 12, so that when the flexible pipe is removed, the saucer 12

A portion of the bottom of the tray 12 is formed with a rising portion 14 having an opening 13 in the center, and a flexible pipe 15 of the drain pipe 11 opens below the tray 12 through the opening 13. I'm allowing that. The rising portion 14 extends from the bottom of the saucer,
The diameter of this opening 13 is the same as that of the flexible pipe 1 of the drain pipe 11.
It is larger than the outer diameter of 5. However, the shape of the tray 12, especially the rising portion 14, does not necessarily have to be the shape shown in the drawings, and any shape may be used as long as the water overflowing into the opening 13 does not flow around to the bottom of the tray 12. Incidentally, a saucer having such a rising portion can be manufactured at low cost by injection molding or vacuum molding using synthetic resin.

Here, the level of the highest part of the rising part is set lower than the level of the upper edge of the periphery of the saucer, and as described above, the diameter of the opening 13 is made larger than the outer diameter of the drain pipe 11, so that the rising part 14 is filled with water. It acts as a wall, and when the amount of water in the saucer increases, it flows downward using the outer surface of the drain pipe 11 as a guide.

A tank 7 with a handle is arranged below the saucer 12, and the waste water inlet 18 of the tank is connected to the drain pipe 1.
The lower end opening of the flexible pipe 1 and the opening 13 of the receiving tray 12 are opposed to each other. Note that the tank 17 should be laid down as shown in the figure, and if the waste water inlet 18 is provided on the side of the tank near the handle 9, when the tank is hung by the handle 19, the water in the tank will be removed. Even if a considerable amount of water accumulates, it will not overflow from the wastewater inlet 18, and the wastewater work can be easily carried out.

As described above, according to the present invention, a top portion is partially provided on the inner surface of the bottom plate of the insulated outer box of a freezing/refrigerating case, so that the dripping portion of defrosting water from the evaporator and the dripping portion of waste water from inside the inner box are connected. In a drainage structure in which water is separated into left and right sides and drained into separate drainage containers through drainage pipes leading downward from the bottom of each dripping section, there is a container for receiving defrost water from the evaporator and a container for wastewater from the inner box (i.e. A tank) is separately provided below the insulated outer box in two stages, upper and lower, and the wastewater drainage pipe from the inner box is routed downward through the overflow opening in the rising part of the defrost water receiving tray. Since the evaporator defrost water is guided to the container, the evaporation area in the evaporator tray can be increased, and there is no need to route the drain pipe to the lower tank around the evaporation tray, making piping easy and foldable. It has the advantage of not clogging due to bending. Moreover, since the outer surface of the flexible pipe extending through the overflow opening of the upper tray acts as a guide for overflowing water, overflowing water can be reliably guided to the lower tank, eliminating the risk of water leakage. Furthermore, since the lower tank is a removable tank with a handle, and the waste water inlet 18 is provided near the handle, there is an advantage in that the water in the tank can be disposed of with a single touch. Furthermore, since flexible pipes are used, no problem will occur even if the drain pipe 11, overflow opening 13, and tank wastewater inlet 18 are slightly misaligned in the vertical direction.
