[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention is a concrete separator end protruding from the surface of a poured concrete body such as a concrete wall. A process generally called sticoning, which is used to cut the inside of the concrete separator rather than the surface, and to hold the end of the concrete separator in place to form a space filled with mortar, etc. to prevent rust on the cut end surface. A member, more specifically, a front wall portion formed with a hole through which the flat plate portion of a concrete separator is formed, and has a flat plate portion at its end that can be inserted and locked between peripheral protrusions of adjacent formworks; The present invention relates to an improvement in a concrete separator end treatment member having a hollow conical wall portion surrounding the outside of a flat plate portion located closer to the formwork than the hole.

Therefore, conventionally, holes are generally formed in the front wall portion to have a shape and cross-sectional area approximately equal to the flat end plate portion of the concrete separator over the entire length in the insertion direction of the end flat plate portion. However, in this case, the following problem occurred.

In other words, when the separator 8 is erected in a perpendicular position to the inner surface of the formwork 9, 9 as shown by the imaginary line in Figure 8(a), no problems arise. However, when it is erected at an angle as shown by the solid line (for example, when the formwork facing each other across the concrete pouring space are trapezoidal and not parallel to each other, or when the other end of the separator is fixed to an anchor embedded in the ground or in already poured concrete), it is necessary to bend the separator 8. However, this bending causes the end treatment member A' to be tilted away from the inner surface of the formwork 9, 9, which could allow concrete slag to enter through the gap. As a countermeasure, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 8B, it is possible to prevent the inclination of the end processing member A' by bending the separator 8 outside the end processing member A'. However, in this case, it is not preferable in terms of the stress transmission in the original formwork pulling or tensioning action of the separator 8, and moreover, when a large pulling or tensioning force (due to the load of poured concrete, etc.) is applied, the separator 8 may be bent as shown by the imaginary line.
The force acting on the end processing member A' through the hole 1A' will eventually cause the end processing member A' to tilt, allowing concrete slag to penetrate. Also, if the insertion hole 1A' in the end processing member A' is made sufficiently larger than the thickness of the separator end flat plate portion as shown in FIG. 8C in order to allow the concrete separator 8 to bend at the position inside the formwork 9, 9, the separator 8 can be bent inside the end processing member A' at the point where it is in close contact with the formwork 9, 9, but the hole 1A' will not be inserted.
Concrete sludge enters through large gaps formed between A' and the flat plate portion at the end of the separator, and this type of component is completely unable to perform the important functions described above.

However, in what is disclosed in the above-mentioned publication, the hole formed in the front wall of the end treatment member may simply be larger than the wall thickness of the separator (diameter in the case of a round rod-shaped one), but the separator installation angle Regardless, it is necessary to attach a structure for closing the hole to the end side of the separator separately from the end treatment member, and as a separate part to the separator. In order to achieve this function, it was necessary to use a large number of parts, which not only increased costs, but also required a great deal of effort to assemble the formwork as a whole, which was not desirable in terms of efficiency.

The insertion hole 1A is located at the end flat plate portion 8a of the concrete separator 8, as enlarged in FIG.
In the insertion direction, the end portion of the front wall 1 closer to the outer surface is formed to have a thickness equal to or approximately the same as the thickness of the flat plate 8a, and the thickness of the flat plate gradually increases as it approaches the inner end of the front wall 1. The opposing sides 1a, 1a are both formed as oblique sides so as to have a thickness greater than that of the portion 8a. The intersecting angle formed by both oblique sides 1a, 1a is approximately 45 degrees. Opposing sides 1a, 1
The facing distance of the outermost end of a is almost equal to the thickness of the flat parallel plate portion 8a, and the left and right width is the same as that of the flat plate portion 8a at that part.
It is almost equal to the left and right width of a.

The movement of the end treatment member A in the direction away from the formworks 9, 9 is achieved by moving the end treatment member A away from the formworks 9, 9 by applying a front step to the step portions 8b, 8b provided outwardly on both left and right sides of the flat plate portion 8a, as shown in FIG. This is prevented by the wall portion 1 coming into contact with it.

The end processing member A is divided into two parts by a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the insertion hole 1A as shown in Figs. 4 to 6. That is, these two divided bodies a, a have respective dividing holes 3
The divided body a has a semicircular front wall 3, 3 having a diameter of 3a, a semiconical peripheral wall 4, 4, and a pair of inner walls 5, 5... corresponding to the diameter portion. In one divided body a, a locking hole 6, 6 is formed at the connecting corner of the peripheral wall 4 and the inner wall 5, 5, and in the corresponding portion of the other divided body a, a protruding claw 7, 7 is provided which can elastically engage with the locking hole 6, 6.
Even in the case of

The end treatment member A of the present invention is used when the formwork 9 is tilted as shown in FIG. In other words, it is suitable when the separator 8 is erected in an inclined position with respect to the vertical line to the inner surface of the adjacent formworks 9, such as when the opposing formworks 9... group have a trapezoidal shape as shown in FIG. 7B. However, it goes without saying that it can also be used when installed in a vertical position.

As is already clear from what has been detailed above,
According to the present invention, when constructing the concrete separator 8 in an inclined position with respect to the inner surface of the formwork 9, the concrete separator 8 is bent at the most preferable position for stress transmission, that is, at a position close to the inner surface of the formworks 9, 9. While maintaining the desired tilted posture, the end treatment member is surely prevented from tilting, and the opening side end face of the hollow conical wall is held in close contact with the inner surface of the formworks 9, 9, allowing concrete slag to enter between the two. The occurrence of such gaps can be reliably prevented. Moreover, regardless of the erection posture of the concrete separator 8, the flat plate portion 8a at the end of the concrete separator 8 inserted through the hole 1A formed in the front wall portion 1 and the hole 1A formed in the front wall portion 1
It is possible to reliably avoid creating a gap between the two.

As mentioned above, by making very simple improvements such as devising the shape of the hole 1A formed in the front wall portion 1,
Preventing the intrusion of concrete slag without using special separate parts as seen in the above-mentioned publications.
It has now become possible to economically and efficiently form the processing space with reliability and accuracy.
