PURPOSE:To improve drive feeling by setting a muffler and an engine in a same vibration system by fixing the muffler onto the engine body mounted into a chassis, thus reducing the stress applied onto an exhaust pipe connected with the muffler and the engine, and softly supporting the engine. CONSTITUTION:In a golf car, an air-cooled type 4-cycle engine 8 is supported onto a swing frame 5 through the rubbers 23 fixed at the front and rear parts. An air cleaner 9 is installed onto the suction side of the engine 8, and a muffler 11 is installed onto the exhaust side through an exhaust pipe. In this case, the muffler 11 is fixed onto the engine 8 body through a stay 12. Further, the outside of the muffler 11 is covered with a cover 22 through a space, and said cover 22 allows the opened port 22a on the front side to communicate to the exhaust duct of the cover 19 of the engine 8, and an opened port 22b is formed onto the rear edge side.
