Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は押釦チユーナに係り、抑止板にストツ
パー凸部を設け、押釦杆をフレームに該抑止板を
逃げ回動させつつ組付ける構成とすることにより
部品点数及び組付工数を低減しうる押釦チユーナ
を提供することを目的とする。

7を相対スライド可能に組付けてなる。

を解決するため特別の治工具を必要とするという
欠点があつた。

板6′をピン4を支点として若干上方へ回動させ
ストツパー凸部6aを上方へ移動させる。この状
態で更に摺動板3′を押込むと、先端嵌合部3a
が後側板部11bの孔11dに嵌合挿通し且つス
トツパー凸部6aが孔11cを通り抜ける。ここ
で抑止板6′を下方へ回動復帰させて押込力を解
除すると、摺動板3′がコイルバネ8により手前
方向へスライド復帰してストツパー凸部6aが前
側板部11aに当接する。次いで摺動板3′、抑
止板6′の前端に押釦7を共通に嵌合させ取付け
る。

に当接して押釦杆の復帰方向スライド限を決める
構成としてなるため、押釦杆(押釦の無い状態)
をフレームの前後側板部に取付ける際抑止板のス
トツパー凸部を該抑止板の逃げ回動により逃げ変
位させた状態で前側板部の孔を挿通させた後該抑
止板の回動復帰により正規のストツパー機能を発
揮させる位置に決めることができ、従つてフレー
ムは前後側板部を予め一体形成した一部品とする
ことができ、従来前側板のみ別部品であつたもの
に比して、部品点数を低減し構成の簡単化及び組
立工数の低減を行ないえ、又従来例の如く組付時
に押釦杆をコイルバネの効いた宙吊り状態で保持
する必要がなくこの面でも作業性を大いに向上し
うると共に組付用の特別の治工具が不要となつて
便利であり、又前側板を取外す必要がないため、
押釦杆どうしを交換する作業も容易に行ないえ互
換作業効率も向上しうる等の特長を有する。
