【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は押釦同調器における腕金機構の考案に
係り、部品点数が少くて製作組立が容易であり、
好ましいコストダウンを図つた腕金機構において
適切な選局同調作用を得しめるようにしたもので

押釦同調器においては押釦操作でワンタツチ的
に選局同調状態を形成するために腕金を用いるこ
とが不可欠であり、斯様な押釦腕金としては従来
からの種々のものが提案されているが、これら従
来のものにおいては構成部品点数が多く、その製
作組立てに多くの工数を必要とする不利がある。
即ち各腕金に取付けられた押釦は周波数規定板の
押圧片による拘束固定化を図り、又それを解放す
るために腕金に対してスライド操作させることが
必要であつて、押釦に前記押圧片の基端に対して
押込まれるカム部を設け、上記のような腕金に対
するスライド操作によつて中間を腕金に止着され
た押圧片の基端側を押上げることにより、該押圧
片の先端側で周波数規定板を拘束固定化し、又、
前記カム部を引出すことによつて該拘束状態を解
除することが必要であり、しかも腕金に対し押釦
が少くとも押釦のロツクアウト状態で分離するこ
とのないように安定に取付けられなければ、前記
のようなワンタツチ的選局操作を的確に行い得な
いことは当然であつて、この押釦が腕金に対し、
上記スライド操作を可能ならしめた可能的関係で
装着されなければならないので、このような押釦
と腕金との連結止着構造は相当に煩雑なものとな
らざるを得ないのが普通である。蓋し腕金に弾圧
性の高い弾片を添設し、該弾片と腕金基端を共に
押釦中に挿入すると共に、一方を屈曲などして押
釦に固定せしめ他方を押釦内で弾圧させるような
ことが必要であるから、必要部材点数が多く、又
押釦内には複雑な係合構造を必要とすると共にそ
の組立てに当つては狭小な押釦の空洞ないし開口
内において強度の高い部材に対する加工などが要
求されるので、工数が嵩み、5個或いはそれ以上
も必要とされるこの種押釦腕金におけるこのよう
な不利は押釦同調器全体に関して大なコストアツ
プの原因となつている。そこで本考案者は嚢に上
記したような従来のものの不利を解消するように
研究して第1,2図に示すように前記腕金1に押
圧片3を操作するための押上カム部21を一体に
突設すると共に前記腕金1の基端部に該腕金1に
対する押釦2のスライドストロークを規制するた
めのガイド孔14を形成し、前記押上カム部21
に挿着された連結ピン6をこのガイド孔14に係
合させることを提案した。(昭和55年実用新案登
録願第80266号)。即ちこの先願によれば腕金に対
する押釦の取付工作を前記のような従来一般のも
のに比し大幅に簡易化し、しかも該押釦の腕金に
対するスライド操作を適切に行わせ得るが、この
場合においては前記連結ピン14を必要とし、該
連結ピン14を押釦2の段部に隣接させて適切に
打込む工作が必ずしも容易でないことを知つた。

に向けて形成された係突部20を少くとも第3図
に示すような操作ストロークlによるロツクアウ
ト時において的確に係合させるようにしたもの
で、前記押釦2においてその仕切壁2cの先端部
に形成された押上カム部21は上記押圧片3の基
端側下面に臨ませられている。なお、前記した押
圧片3の前記突部3aより先端側両側には踏圧部
が対設され、これらの踏圧部は別に腕金1の先端
側に設けられた段つき枢子11の突部において、
回転自在に枢支された周波数規定板4の周側部に
臨ませられ、上記したような押釦2の押込みによ
り押上カム部21が押圧片3と腕金1との間に第
4図に示すように押入されることによつて、該周
波数規定板4を図示のように踏圧するものである
が、このような踏圧部の間に形成された屈曲突部
内に対し、早締り防止弾片5の先端側を挿入し、
この早締り防止弾片5に形成された受孔におい
て、前記枢子11の突部を受容し、しかもその基
端側に折返し屈曲部として腕金1の裏面に係止さ
せ、その屈曲部に形成された通孔に対して腕金1
の先端ガイド部17を挿通したものである。
