[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to the invention of an antenna element mounting tool, which allows the antenna element to be easily fixed to the rod to which it is attached using a single member, and also forms a stable and proper mounting state. This is what I did to get it.

Generally, a plurality of antenna elements are attached perpendicularly to the attached rod attached to the top of the main rod, as shown in FIG. However, in order to attach such an antenna element to a rod to which it is attached, it is generally done by tightening a clamping metal fitting to the rod to which it is attached, and then further clamping or tightening the antenna element to the clamping metal fitting. In this case, the structure of the clamping metal fittings would be quite complex, and the number of necessary parts would be required to be tightened using multiple screws and nuts for each piece. In addition to being difficult to manufacture, many man-hours are required to assemble them. Moreover, specifically, one antenna requires at least several attachment points for such antenna elements, generally around ten, and the man-hours for assembling the entire antenna are extremely large. , Nuts are repeatedly tightened, special consideration is required for alignment of each antenna element as a whole, and some bolts and nuts are not tightened effectively, resulting in disordered installation. It has disadvantages and drawbacks.

The present invention has been researched and considered in order to eliminate the disadvantages and drawbacks of the conventional ones as described above, and the specific embodiments thereof are explained with reference to the attached drawings. and 4th to 6th
As shown in each figure, a groove 6 is provided for receiving the intermediate portion of the antenna element 11 over its half circumference.
The element receiving parts 1, 1 are connected in parallel via a bendable part 2 which acts like a hinge, and the groove 6 is formed on the opening side of the element receiving parts 1, 1.
The attached rod receiving portions 3 having partial attached rod fitting grooves 7 are arranged in a row so as to intersect with each other in the axial direction.
The insertion hole 12 is drilled as shown in FIG.
The engaging protrusions 4 that are inserted into the parts a are divided into two halves and placed opposite each other.

In this case, a locking protrusion 16 is provided in the middle of each of the grooves 6 as described above, and a suitable positioning groove is formed in an annular shape on the circumferential surface of the inserted antenna element 11. In addition, positioning protrusions are provided on one body portion at the boundary between the element receiving portion 1 and the adhered rod receiving portion 3 and on both sides of the adhered rod receiving portion 3. parts 13 and 14 are formed, and the receiving holes 13a and 14a are formed in the other part, and both the part parts are connected to each other as shown by imaginary lines in FIGS. When bent at the bendable portion 2 and joined in a hugging manner, these body parts are arranged in a proper relationship and are coupled facing each other. It is clear that in this opposing joined state, the attachment rod receiving part 3 has an opening 5 formed on the tip end side of the engaging protrusion 4;
The element receiving portion 1 completely encloses and attaches the antenna element 11. The configurations shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 are for antenna elements with a relatively small diameter, and those in FIGS. 4 to 6 are for antenna elements with a relatively large diameter, and their structural relationships are substantially the same. It is clear that when assembling an antenna, the antenna may be used in combination as appropriate depending on the diameter of the antenna element.

According to the present invention as described above, as shown by the imaginary lines in FIG. 3 or FIG. It is clear that the antenna element 11 can be held in the receiving parts 1, 1 of the parts, and the engaging protrusions 4, 4 are joined to form an integral rod-like part. The engaging protrusions 4, 4 joined together are inserted into the insertion hole 12a formed in the attached rod 12 to form a guide, and the second
When the receiving portions 3, 3 are press-fitted as shown by the arrows in the figure, the receiving portions open slightly due to their elasticity and receive the attachment rod 12 into the fitting groove 7, and the engaging protrusions 4, 4
is completely inserted into the insertion hole 12a to complete the mounting relationship, and is mounted as shown in FIG.

That is, according to the present invention as described above, the antenna element 11 can be attached to the attachment rod 12 with a single unit, and there is no need for any tightening operation using screw rods or nuts. or fifth
It is only necessary to receive the antenna element 11 in the open state as shown in the figure, and fit it onto the mounting rod 12 while holding it, which greatly simplifies and speeds up the installation operation. Moreover, the processing of each member is simple, and of course, the cost is low, and the invention is highly effective in terms of practical production.
