本発明は、液体燃料を噴出しながら燃焼させる液体燃料
燃焼装置に関し、詳しくは簡単な改良にて燃焼効率を高
めようとする技術に関する。

従来、液体燃料を噴出して燃焼を行う〃ンタイプバーナ
ーでは、予混合ができず、そのため、低周波音が大きく
、又、煤が出やすいなどの問題があった。又、拡散燃焼
のため炎が太き(、燃焼ガス温度も800℃程度であり
、給湯機等に組み込んだときに熱効率が悪(、又、燃焼
室も大きくなり、給湯機等の小型化が難しかった。
[発明の目的]
本発明はこのような問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、
その目的とするところは、簡単な改良により、完全燃焼
ができて熱効率を高め、煤の発生を抑制し、更に燃焼炎
を短くできて燃焼室を小さくして給湯機等の小型化がで
き、保守点検も容易な液体燃料燃焼装置を提供すること
にある。
[発明の開示]
本発明は、液体燃料を噴出しながら燃焼を行う液体燃料
燃焼装置の燃焼部1の先端部に、先端が大径となる気化
筒2を取り付け、気化筒2の先端中心部に先端が大径と
なる円錐状の保炎板3を配し、気化筒2の付け根部に燃
焼ガスを気化筒2内に導入させる導入口4を形成して成
ることを特徴とする液体燃料燃焼装置にかかるものであ
り、このようにWItI#、することによって、上記目
的を達成できるに至った。つまり、気化筒2から噴出さ
れる燃焼ガスの炎を気化筒2と保炎板3との協同で周部
に大きく放出させることができて、炎を短くできるもの
でありながら、このような燃焼ガスをエゼクタ−効果に
より再び導入口4から気化筒2内に導入させて再度の燃
焼を行うから、不完全燃焼を防止し、完全燃焼を行うこ
とができ、煤の発生を抑制して熱効率を高め、更に炎を
短くでき、燃焼室を小さくして、本考案装置を設置する
給湯機等を小型化することができようにしたものである
。
以下本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて詳述する。
ノズル5から送風機(図示せず)にて強制的に噴出され
る液体燃料にノズル511りから一次空気を導入混合し
、これらを二次空気導入用の孔6を形成した予@燃焼筒
7内において点火電極棒8により点火して、後方からの
液体燃料の送り出しに伴うエゼクタ−効果により、二次
空気を孔6から導入して燃焼を行うように燃焼部1を構
成しである。
このような燃焼部1は給88!9内部に収納してあり、
給湯ff1s内においてその壁面の水路10の水を加熱
することができるようにしである。そして燃焼部1の先
端部に、先端が大径となる気化筒2を支持金共11を介
して取り付けである。気化筒2の先端中心部には先端が
大径となる円錐状の保炎板3をステー12により取り付
けである。そして気化筒2の付け根部に燃焼〃スを気化
筒2内に導入させる導入口4を形成しである。
このような構成によれば、気化tf!i2から噴出され
る燃焼ガスの炎を気化v12と保炎板3との協同で局部
に大きく放出させ、炎を短くし、そしてこのような燃焼
〃スをエゼクタ−効果により再び導入口4から気化筒2
内に導入させて再度の燃焼を行うことで、完全燃焼を行
い、煤の発生を抑制して熱効率を高め、燃焼室を小さく
