One type of such an easy-to-open container lid was disclosed in Utility Model Registration Application No. 153622 of 1981. This refers to a "lid material capable of forming a tear opening, which has an outer edge contour capable of covering the container opening to be closed, and has notched portions and non-cutted portions alternately along the contour of said tear opening." Alternatively, a piece of base material is provided with a notch to serve as the tear opening, and a piece of foreign language having approximately the same outer edge contour as the piece of base material and is releasably pasted to the surface of the piece of material; an inner support piece having approximately the same outer edge contour as the base material piece and attached to the back surface of the base material piece; the foreign language piece and the inner support piece are attached through the notch of the base material piece. FIG. 6 shows a shell 101 according to an embodiment of the "easy-opening lid material characterized by having a lid material that is easy to open." The lid 101 has an outer edge 104 heat-sealed to a flange 103 at the open end of the container 102 to seal the container 102. When opening, when the foreign language piece 106 of Mlol is pulled in the opening direction 108, the foreign language piece 106 is peelably bonded to the base material piece 105, so it is peeled off from the outer edge A to the inner edge B of the base material piece 105. Then, since the inner support piece 107 attached to the foreign language piece 106 tries to follow the foreign language piece 106, the inner support piece 107 is torn at B. This cut is base material piece 1
05 (peripheral edge of the notch 110) to open.

The lid 101 configured in this manner is excellent in that an opening of any size and shape can be formed at any position on the lid of a cup container or tray container without requiring any other tools. . However, if the lid and container are sufficiently sealed together during filling and sealing, heat and pressure are applied by the heat bar, and depending on the materials of the container and lid, the temperature and pressure of the heat seal, and other conditions, peeling may occur. There are problems in that the adhesive strength in pasting the foreign language piece and the base material piece is increased, making it difficult to peel off, and the outer material may be damaged by heat, and it is desirable to solve these problems. It was rare.

The outer layer material 8 has the same outer edge contour as the inner layer material 6, and therefore has a larger contour than the contour line 9J, and is attached to the inner layer material 6 while covering the intermediate layer material 7. It is removably attached to material 7. As such an outer layer material 8, corresponding to the materials of the inner layer material 6 and intermediate layer material 7 described above, for example, a polypropylene film having a thickness of 70 μm from the inner surface side, a 7 μm thick polypropylene film, etc.
A laminated film can be used in which aluminum foil of 12 μm and polyester of 12 μm are laminated in this order.

The outer layer material 8 is formed with a sling 1-11 that acts as a cutaway weak part. The slit 11 may be replaced by a perforation, a score, or the like. The slit 11 is formed from a starting point A located inside the contour line 12 of the intermediate layer material 7, through an intersection B where it intersects the contour line 12, to a portion corresponding to the imaginary contour line 10 of the outlet, that is, an arc 6i). An outer slit l-118 ending at F and a strip-shaped portion 1 connected to the outer slit 11a at the starting point A and located along and inside the outer slit 11a and between the outer slit 11a
3 and an inner slit 11b that ends at a point H near point A. The slit 11 is an open curve that does not intersect with itself, so the outer layer material does not separate from the adhesive part 4 that is the peripheral edge of the slit 11, and the adhesive part 4 is the part 14 between the two points C2F. It is connected.

[Function] To open the container 2 sealed with the container lid 1, first peel off the outer layer material 80 point A in FIG. 1 from the middle layer material 7. As a result, the tip 13a of the band-shaped portion 13 is peeled off from the intermediate layer material 7, so when this tip 13a is pinched and pulled in the opening direction 15, the arc AB and ΔG above the slit 11 of the band-shaped portion 13 of the outer layer 8 are separated. The corresponding portion is peeled off from the intermediate layer material 7. When this peeled tip part 13a is further pulled in the frontage direction 15, the part 1 of the band-shaped part 13 stuck to the slit
3b was peeled off from the intermediate layer material 7, and following this, the part of the band-shaped portion 13 near the arc BC and attached to the inner layer material 6, that is, the portion sandwiched between the arc 1n and the arc Ω. The portion 13c rises.

When the portion 13c rises, the portion 6C of the inner layer material 6 that is attached to the portion 13c also rises (FIG. 3). However, the inner layer material 6 is stuck to the intermediate layer material 7 inside the arc Ω,
Since this portion 6b is blocked by the intermediate layer material 7 and does not rise even if the portion 6C rises, the inner layer material 6 is cut along the arc Ω.

Further, the inner layer material 6 is attached to the outer layer material 8 at the outer portion 6d of the arc 1) (FIG. 3). Since this portion of the outer layer material 8d is separated from the portion 13G by the slit 11, it does not rise even if the portion 13c rises. Therefore, the inner layer material 6 is cut along the arc 1) due to the rise of the portion 13c.

In this way, the opening of the outlet is made by cutting the inner layer material 6 along the two lines BG (outline 10) and BS (outline 12) starting from point B. is the result of the fracture stress being concentrated at one point B. However, the subsequent cutting of the inner layer material 6 proceeds only in the direction along the contour line 10, as described below.

The contour F1112 is located inside the contour line 10J:Sb with a small contour, and as mentioned above, the distance between the contour line 10 and the contour line 10-1 becomes large from point C to the point C, so this section What is the advancing direction of cutting of the inner layer material 6 at point R at arc 6) (Δ6) and the advancing direction of cutting of the inner layer material 6 at point T on the contour line 12 in the direction of arc 6)? In contrast, the cut along the point R coincides with the direction of the force, whereas the cut at the point T does not coincide with the direction of the force, so the stress at the point T continues the cut along the contour line 12 (

[Other Embodiments] In FIG. 5, 1a is a container lid according to another embodiment of the present invention. The ratio of the area of the intermediate layer material 7a to the container lid 1a is very small compared to the case of the container lid 1, which is advantageous in that less material is required. After intersecting with the slit 11a at the intersection B, the configuration in which the distance between the outer slit 11a and the contour line 10 is increased is the same as in the container lid 1, and when opening, it is peeled off from the point Δ and pulled in the opening direction 15a. The opening starts from point B, and cutting of the inner layer material is performed from point B along the contour line 10 and the contour line 12a, but the cutting along the contour line 12a stops at a certain point T or continues at point T. The function of stopping after regular cutting is also the same as that of the container lid 1.
