本発明は成型金型の温度をコントロールする金型冷温水
機に於ける金型の結露を防止する方法に係るものである

ようにしたものであるが、露点温度の変動が激しく露点
温度よりも金型の湿度が低下したりづると金型に水滴を
41じ、この水滴により成型品の品質に劣化を来たすも
のであるから、これを防止Jるために金型の温度を安全
<E温度まで上げると成型スピードが大幅に低下して生

の内の一つを選択的に作動させ、その露点警報装置に結
線しである温度コントローラーを作動させて金型温度を
常に露点温度よりも高(コントロールされるようにして

ば20〜25℃の範囲の露点警報発信器(7)のみが作
動し、その露点警報発信器(7)と結線された温度コン
トローラー〈11)を作動させて金型(3)<3>の温
度は露点温度よりも僅かに数℃高い25℃の一定温度に
コント0−ルされ、時間の経過により露点温度が下降し
て例えば20℃よりも下がれば20〜25℃の範囲の露
点警報発信器(7)は停止すると共に15〜20℃の露
点警報発信器(6)が作動して温度コントローラー(1
0)が作動させられ金型(3)(3′)の温度は20℃
の一定温度にコントロールされるものであるが、露点温
度が上昇して20℃を僅かに越えると温度コントローラ
ー(10)は停止し温度コントローラー(11)が再び
作動して金型(3)(3′)の温度は露点温度よりも高

実施例に於いては温度コントローラーの設定幅を5℃ご
とに設けであるが、金型のコントロール温度が高くなる

あるから金型の温度をコントロールJ−る設定温度幅を
小さくして露点温度との差を極力小さくすれば可能な限
りの生産効率を保ちながら結露による不良品を発生させ
ることなく良品質の成型生産が行なわれるものであり又
、無人化生産も容易にできる等、本発明は金型冷温水機
に於ける金型の結露防止方法として大きな効果を発揮す

変換器により割り出させその露点温度に応じ二つ以上に
設けた温度範囲内で作動する露点警報発信器を選択的に
作動させその露点警報発信器に結線した金型冷温水機の
温度コントローラーを作動させて金型温度を露点温度よ
りも高い温度に自動的にコントロールして金型の結露を
防止できるようにしたことを特徴とする金型冷温水機に
