Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent condensation in a mold by a method wherein temperature and humidity around the mold are detected by a temperature and humidity sensor to operate the temperature of dew point and operate a dew point alarm unit selectively and, whereby, the temperature of the mold is controlled so as to be higher than the temperature of dew point at all times. CONSTITUTION:When the temperature and moisture around the molds 3, 3' of a molding machine 2 are detected by the temperature and humidity sensor 4 and the data thereof are inputted into a dew point temperature converter 5, the temperature of dew point is operated based on the data, the signal of the converter 5 is inputted into the dew point alarm transmitters 6, 7, 8 to operate only the dew point alarm transmitter 7, taking charge of the operated dew point temperature, and a temperature controller 11, connected to the dew point alarm transmitter 7, and whereby the temperatures of the molds 3, 3' are controlled at a given temperature slightly higher than the operated dew point. When the dew point temperature is reduced due to the elapse of time, another dew point alarm transmitter 6 is operated to operate the temperature controller 10, thus, the temperature of the molds 3, 3' may be controlled at a given temperature.

(B) Problems to be solved by the conventional technology and the present invention In the past, an operator checked the hot stone and humidity of the environment where the molding machine was installed, and the mold was heated to a certain temperature depending on the thirst and humidity. The control selection switch was selected empirically and manually switched to set the mold temperature to an appropriate temperature. If the humidity in the mold decreases or drops, water droplets will form on the mold, and these water droplets will deteriorate the quality of the molded product. To prevent this, the temperature of the mold must be kept at a safe temperature. If the temperature was increased to 100%, the molding speed would drop significantly, leading to a deterioration in productivity.

(c) Means to solve the problem In view of the problem mentioned above, the temperature and humidity around the mold are detected using a temperature sensor, and the dew point temperature is converted based on that data. Determine the dew point (m) using a device, selectively activate one of the two or more dew point alarm devices set in stages according to the dew point temperature, and connect to the dew point alarm device to set a certain temperature. This is intended to prevent condensation on the mold by activating the controller and controlling the mold temperature to always be higher than the dew point temperature.

Since the embodiment of the method of the present invention is configured as described in -1-, first, the temperature and humidity around the molds (3') (3'') of the molding machine (2) are measured by the temperature and humidity sensor. !J (4) detects the data and sends the data to the dew point temperature converter (5) by puffing 3 inches. The dew point temperature converter (5) receives the input from the humidity sensor (4). Determine the dew point temperature based on the data, and send the dew point temperature signal to the dew point alarm transmitter (6) (7).
) (8) and enter the dew point temperature, for example 23℃, only the dew point alarm transmitter (7) in the range of 20 to 25℃ will operate, and the temperature connected to the dew point alarm transmitter (7) will be activated. By operating the controller <11), the temperature of the mold (3) <3> is controlled to a constant temperature of 25°C, which is slightly higher than the dew point temperature, and the dew point temperature decreases as time passes. For example, if the temperature drops below 20°C, the dew point alarm transmitter (7) in the range of 20 to 25°C will stop, and the dew point alarm transmitter (6) in the range of 15 to 20°C will operate, and the temperature controller (1
0) is activated and the temperature of molds (3) (3') is 20℃.
However, when the dew point temperature rises and slightly exceeds 20°C, the temperature controller (10) stops and the temperature controller (11) operates again to control the mold (3) (3). The temperature of ') is controlled at a constant temperature of 25° C. which is higher than the dew point temperature.

In the embodiment, the dew point alarm transmitter <6> is wired so as to selectively operate the temperature controller (9) and the temperature controller [1-ler (10)], and when the dew point temperature is 15 When the temperature drops below 15°C, only the temperature controller (9) operates to control the mold temperature to 15°C.

(e) Effects of the invention In the embodiment, the setting range of the temperature controller is set in 5°C increments, but the higher the control temperature of the mold, the longer the time required to cool the mold. Therefore, by narrowing the set temperature range for controlling the mold temperature and minimizing the difference from the dew point temperature, it is possible to maintain the highest possible production efficiency and produce high quality products without producing defective products due to condensation. The present invention is highly effective as a method for preventing dew condensation on molds in mold water coolers and hot water machines, since molding production is performed and unmanned production is easily possible.
