Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 板材が相互に重合して成り、一方の板材の縁部を包むよ
うにして折り曲げられるべく他方の板材の縁部が仮曲げ
された縁曲げ部を有するワークの縁曲げ装置において、
前記一方の板材を下にするとともに前記縁曲げ部を側方
に突出させた姿勢でワークを位置決め載置可能な支持突
部を有する下型本体と;該下型本体の上方で昇降可能な
上型本体と;規制された範囲内で上下に相対移動可能に
して上型本体に支承されるとともに下方に向けてばね付
勢され、前記支持突部上のワークに当接可能な位置決め
パッドと;前記縁曲げ部の上面に沿う方向に沿って移動
可能にして下型本体上に支承されるとともに縁曲げ部か
ら離反する方向にばね付勢された移動体と;該移動体に
回動自在に支承されるヨークと;前記上型本体に設けら
れ上型本体の降下に応じて移動体を縁曲げ部側に近接移
動せしめるカムと;上型本体に設けられ上型本体の降下
に応じてヨークを回動せしめる押圧部と;前記移動体に
固設され縁曲げ部の上面に当接可能な受けダイと;前記
ヨークに固設され該ヨークの押圧部による回動動作に応
じて前記縁曲げ部に下方から当接可能な曲げダイと;を
含むことを特徴とする縁曲げ装置。
