の絶縁部材を適当な間隔をおいて管を囲繞するよ
うに設け、残余の隙間に絶縁性の充填材を充填し
て、ストツパーフランジを絶縁部材とともに支持
カバー内に固定したことを要旨とするものであ

ので品質管理が容易である。
