よびL字状の断面形状を示す様に曲げ加工され、
内周部に同様の突起を配列された取付環6を、外
方にスプラインを付された貫通軸1に嵌合させ、
ガスケツト4が抑え板5を介して、取付環6によ
り圧せられる様になして、熔接、かしめ等により
取付環6を被貫通側部材2の端部に固着させ、貫
通軸1と摺動接触するガスケツト4によりシール
作用をさせる様になしたものが広く知られている
が、この種の密封手段においては、製作が面倒で
コスト高となり、組立作業も各部材の内方突起を
スプラインに合致させる工程を必要とし、やや煩
雑であり、更にパツキンと貫通軸との摺動嵌合部
における外部からの異物の侵入に対する抑止機能
が必らずしも十分ではなかつた。ゴム状弾性材料
を用いて製せられ、内方にシールリツプを備える
通常の密封装置は、貫通軸のスプライン部分に連
接してシールリツプを摺動接触させられる部分が

が可能であり、弾性補助部材29を使用すること
により、支持部23のシール部12に対する支持
が更に確実に保たれる。又、固定用部材20の係
止用爪24、又は結合用舌片26の折り曲げによ
り、各部材の相互の結合が容易、かつ強固になさ
れる。
