示すように、ローラー11の外径寸法りを、たとえば、
無接触測定器であるレーザーマイクロメータ等により測
定し、また第6図の如く、ローラー11の外周に、硬度
測定器13を当てて、一定圧力にて弾性体に変形Hを与
えて、その変形量にて弾性体硬度を測定しくあるいは、
一定の変形量Hを与えたときの弾性体圧力量により、弾
