は内筒針を持って穿刺する動作を示す斜視図、第７図は
外筒針を硬膜下に穿刺して血腫を排出する状態を示す斜
視図、第８図は脳室穿刺針を使用して脳室内血腫の排出
を行なう状態を示す斜視図である。 図中、１：内筒針、２：外筒針、３：スタイレット兼脳
室穿刺針、４：軸杆、５：錐状針、７：ハンドル杆。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軸杆の先端に錐状針を一体に固着すると共に、軸杆の他
    端周面にハンドル杆を固着した内筒針と、前記内筒針の
    錐状針外側に嵌合すると共に針先を突出させる軸杆に保
    税自在の外筒針と、外筒針内に貫挿通し得るスタイレッ
    ト兼脳室穿刺針とから成る硬膜針。
