。In a conventional control device that stores a plurality of control units as shown in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 57-36900, the cable connections between the control units extend both within the panel and between the panels. It has not been possible to adequately set a simple and easy method for dealing with wiring routes, extra length adjustments, and volume changes. The wiring route spans the front and back of the device, and extra length adjustment is done inside the duct, so the volume increases, and the duct volume cannot be easily changed due to restrictions on mounting inside the panel. There are drawbacks to the cable wiring processing method. there were.

The duct configuration uses a combination of U-shaped metal fittings and L-shaped covers to create a front space duct, and the notch and dimension changes in the control unit mounting frame are used to adjust the cable surplus length and change the duct volume. .

The wiring cable 4 between the control units 3 mounted on the control device passes through the front cable inlet 11 of the unit mounting frame 2, and the extra length of the wiring cable 4 is adjusted inside the unit mounting frame 2. It is connected to the control unit 3 on the lower stage. Therefore, the wiring cable 4 between the control units 3 mounted on the control device utilizes the front side surface portion as a wiring duct area. Third

and cover 9 are shown, and metal fittings 1 are attached to the side of frame 1.
To install 0, install the wiring cable 4 and then attach the cover 9 to the metal fitting 10.
It is constructed by attaching it to the Figure 4 shows the case where the control unit 3 is arranged on the unit mounting frame 2 at the center of the control device, and is a cross-sectional configuration diagram taken along the line A-A in Figure 1, and part B in Figure 1 is the front side of the control device. This figure shows the wiring duct area in the area. Fig. 5 shows an application example of Fig. 4, and shows a case where the control unit 3 is mounted eccentrically to the control device on the unit mounting frame 2, and B in Fig. 5 shows the wiring area of the front side of the control device. Compared to FIG. 4, FIG. 5 shows an example in which the wiring area is increased in volume, and shows that the wiring duct volume can be changed.

。According to the specific example shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, a wiring duct is formed in the front side space of the control device by the metal fitting 10 and the cover 9, and the wiring is installed using the front cable inlet 11 of the unit mounting frame 2. It is possible to adjust the excess cable length and set an appropriate cable route and duct volume. On the other hand, by changing the width dimension of the unit mounting frame, it is possible to expand the wiring duct volume, etc. As explained above, according to the present invention, the space of the control device can be effectively utilized. It can be used as a wiring duct, the volume of the wiring duct can be set rationally according to the scale of the control target, and the wiring cable can be routed between the three control units housing the control equipment using the optimal shortest route, with no extra length of the wiring cable. This is a control device cabling method that can also implement input adjustment.

Because it is carried out outside the duct, it is possible to lay only the effective cables, and the cable duct volume for the laid cables can be set arbitrarily by changing the dimensions of the control unit mounting frame.Compared to conventional methods, the control equipment cable wiring process is easier. This method has the advantage of not occupying effective mounting space and simplifying processing work.
