【考案の詳細な説明】
リーリングマシーンによる合板用生単板の巻取
り工程に於ては、巻取りの際サイド補強用に再湿
性がガムテープ(以後テープと云う)を同時に挿
入貼込みを行うが、この挿入貼着作業は合板の爾
後の加工の都合より、生単板のエツヂぎりぎりに
挿入貼込みを行なう事が望ましく、又一方テープ
挿入時の挿入の失敗又は挿入中のテープが生単板
のエツヂより外れる事によるテープ未挿入を皆無
にする事が強く要請されている状況である。然し
前者のエツヂぎりぎりの部分へのテープ挿入と、
テープのエツヂ部への挿入失敗の皆無とエツヂ部
からテープの外れを皆無にする事は、二律背反の
性格を持ち共に満足する事は非常に困難な事であ

巻取部へ挿入されたテープは、挿入終了後にテー
プ挿入部出口より巻取部間近迄摺動して来る凹状
のテープ挿入ガイドにより、所定のエツヂ(生単
板)ぎりぎりの位置へのテープ挿入を確実なもの

の位置にあつたテープ2を矢印C方向へ移動さ
せ、凹部の3′に仮想線に示す如く固定させ所定
した挿入位置(例えば生単のエツヂ近く)に正確
に挿入させる事が出来る。尚テープ挿入部1より
のテープ2の繰出しは該テープが巻取10に挿入
されると停止して以后は巻取10の回動により引
