Claims (1)
- バーナの燃焼面上方に燃焼室となる間隔を置いて耐熱性
の加熱プレートを装着しこの加熱プレートの上面に被加
熱物を載置して加熱を行なうと共に、上記燃焼室内の排
気をファンにて強制排気するものにおいて、−バーナ消
火操作後上記加熱プレートが所定の設定温度に低下する
迄排気ファンを停止すると共に、これよりも低い次の設
定温度に低下する迄排気ファンを作動する事を特徴とす
るプレート式調理器。
