[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a connecting device for connecting a plurality of rectangular unit fishing platforms or unit floating piers to create a fishing pond facility, a fish farming facility, a floating pier, etc. that spans them. Conventionally, when connecting unit fishing stands, unit floating piers, etc., it has been necessary to allow a certain degree of mutual movement such as bending or twisting between them in order to avoid stress concentration at the connecting parts. For this reason, two connecting rings attached to mutually opposing frames of two unit fishing stands, etc., are connected by a connecting cable, such as a chain, having a somewhat generous length. In the case of this type of connecting device, the distance traveled by two connected adjacent unit fishing platforms when they separate from each other or come into contact is quite long, and there is no problem during normal times when the waves are not very high, but during storms etc. During times of strong winds and high waves, the mutual connections were subjected to severe tension and impact, which eventually caused them to break. In addition, when people or cargo moved on the fishing platform, there was a problem in that if they stepped on the edge of the fishing platform, the water would fall and they would be leveled with the next fishing platform. The present invention is a coupling device that solves these problems by providing a coupling fitting made of a U-bolt and a shackle that restricts separation, and an elastic shock absorber that loosely engages the convex and concave portions. The details will be explained below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view of a connecting device of the present invention used for connecting unit fishing platforms or unit floating jetties, etc., and FIG. 2 is a view taken along line AA in FIG. 1. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a frame made of the shapes of a unit fishing stand or a unit floating pier having a rectangular plane, and a floor plate 2 is placed on top of the frame. Frame 1
floats above the water surface by means of a buoyant body attached and fixed to its underside. Reference numeral 3 denotes the end walls of two mutually corresponding frames 1 of fishing stands, etc., and U bolts 4 are respectively attached to the outer surfaces thereof facing each other, and the opposing U bolts 4 are connected by a shackle 5 to form a connecting fitting 4. , and this connecting fitting
There are two sets of 4 on the left and right. Reference numeral 6 denotes a convex elastic shock absorber made of an elastic material having a convex portion 7 formed in the front, which is attached to one of the opposing end walls 3 of the frame bodies 1 with a bolt nut on the outside of the U bolt 4, and an end opposite thereto. The wall 3 is formed with a recess 9 that loosely fits into the projection 7, and a concave elastic shock absorber 8 made of an elastic material is fixed with bolts and nuts. It constitutes the device 6 . Two sets of left and right elastic shock absorbers 6 are provided outside the connecting fitting 4 . The convex portion 7 of the convex elastic shock absorber 6 of the elastic shock absorber 6 and the concave portion 9 of the concave elastic shock absorber 8 do not come off even when the connecting fitting 4 of the U-bolt 4 and the sickle 5 is fully tensioned, as shown in the figure. It has an engagement depth and a gap of 10 degrees of play. In this way, this coupling device includes two sets of coupling fittings 4 and two sets of elastic shock absorbers 6.
It's getting more and more familiar. With the structure described above, when two adjacent fishing platforms, etc. try to separate from each other due to waves, the connecting fitting 4 of the U-bolt and the shaft can prevent
Do not separate by more than the length of the connecting fitting 4 , and the elastic shock absorber 6
The engagement between the convex portion 7 and the concave portion 9 does not come off. In addition, when they come close to each other and collide, the impact is alleviated by the collision between the elastic shock absorbers. The moving distance of the two fishing stands, etc. when they separate and collide is determined by the play 1 of the elastic shock absorber 6 .
The distance cannot be longer than 0, and it is shorter than the conventional one, and the play 10 can be easily adjusted by adjusting the protruding length of the U-bolt 4 with a nut. Therefore, in the case of separation and collision, the distance traveled is small, the speed does not increase, and the impact is small. In addition, if two fishing stands or the like are mutually bent or twisted due to waves, the free bending properties of the connecting fitting 4 and the elasticity and loose fitting of the elastic shock absorber 6 will allow the bending or appropriate twisting to occur. Therefore, no strain is placed on the connecting part. In addition, since the convex part 7 is always loosely fitted into the concave part 9, when people or cargo are moved to an adjacent fishing stand, etc., the level difference due to changes in water is regulated and is very small.
Does not impede movement. FIG. 3 shows that the connecting device of the present invention is applied to the connection between unit fishing platforms 11, the connection between unit fishing platforms 11 and unit floating piers 12, and the connection between unit floating piers 12, and connecting them to fishing facilities 13 and the like. This figure shows a plan view of the floating pier 14 to be crossed. By applying this device, due to the above-mentioned effects, when people, cargo, etc. move through the joint, there is little change in water, there are almost no steps, and the joint can be moved easily. It is shock-reduced and can withstand enough impact without being damaged. This coupling device consists of two sets of U-bolt and shackle coupling fittings 4 and an elastic shock absorbing device 6 that engages a convex part and a concave part.
As a result of the above-mentioned effect, the mutual movement distance between two adjacent fishing platforms is regulated to a small value, the collision speed is kept low even in rough weather, the impact is small, and there is no possibility of bending or twisting. It allows
No force is applied to the connecting parts, and there is no risk of damage. Furthermore, when moving people or cargo, the level differences caused by changes in stuttering water are regulated and are minimal, so they do not impede movement. Further, since a U-bolt or a shackle is used for the connecting fitting 4 , the distance of the gap 10 of the elastic shock absorbing device 6 can be easily finely adjusted, and it is also economical.
