落する危険を伴うという欠陥もあつた。 By the way, in the past, many units of this type of structure were not equipped with a stopper mechanism when the drawer was drawn out. On the other hand, protective relays housed in a switchboard or cubicle are connected to the panel by various people, but in most cases, as shown in Figure 1, a cable 9 is used to connect the relay group to the panel via a connector 8. Alternatively, the devices in the panel are connected to each other, and the unit 3 is pushed into the panel 1 and fixed to the panel surface with the screws 5. When inspecting and repairing, loosen the screws 5 and pull the unit 3 forward using the handle 4. I have to. In this case, the weight of the unit 3 is relatively heavy, and if there is no stopper mechanism, it is likely that the unit 3 will be pulled out too much when it is attached or detached, and if it is pulled out too much, excessive weight will be applied to the connector 8 and cable 9, leading to damage. There was also a defect in that unit 3 itself was in danger of falling off the board.

A stopper mechanism 30 is attached to both sides of the stopper mechanism.

In the embodiment, the support body 10 is made of a flat plate, and both sides of one longitudinal end are rounded to form a shaft hole 21. ing. In addition, there may be one shaft hole 21 in the center, and in this case, stoppers 12 and 13, which will be described later, are disposed so as to bridge on both sides thereof. To prevent rotation, it is preferable to cut out the center part, use a bridge part, or provide it separately. Further, the shaft hole 21 may be formed in the support body 10 by welding a pipe to a flat plate, regardless of the method shown in the drawings. Flat plates 12 and 13 are integrally welded at different angles of 90 degrees at a required interval to the outer peripheral surface of the pipe 11 which is hinged to the shaft hole 21 of the support body 10 via the shaft 16.
is attached so that it can be raised and lowered freely on the open side of the support. This flat plate 12 (hereinafter referred to as the first stopper) plays the role of a stopper when the unit is pulled out, and the flat plate 13 (hereinafter referred to as the second stopper)
The side serves to release the first stopper 12 and also serves as a stopper when the unit 3 is inserted. That is, when the unit 3 is mounted on the board 1, the first stopper 12 is upright, and the second stopper 13 is down. When the unit 3 is pulled out, the raised protrusion of the first stopper 2 comes into contact with the bent portion 2 of the board 1 and is temporarily stopped at that position. In this state, when the connector 8 is disconnected and the lying second stopper 13 is rotated 90 degrees to stand up, the first stopper 12 lies horizontally and can be penetrated through the bent portion. Therefore, as can be seen from the function, the material of the stoppers 12 and 13 may be a round bar or a square bar instead of a flat plate. Sho stopper 1
The pipe 11 is fixed with a spring 19 secured by a screw 20 in order to prevent the parts 2 and 13 from moving loosely and impairing their functions.
In the figure, two notches 14 and 15 are provided in the center of the pipe 11, and these notches 14 and 15 are
The pipe 11 is held down by a spring 19 to prevent it from rotating. In order to provide the same anti-rotation function as the notches 14 and 15, a small flat plate may be welded to the outer surface of the pipe 11. Retaining rings 17 are installed at both ends of the shaft 16 and fit into grooves provided in the shaft 16 via washers 18 . A split pin may be used to prevent the shaft 16 from falling off.

使用することもできる。 The stopper mechanism 30 having the novel structure described above is attached to both sides above the unit 3. When installing the unit 3, the unit 3 is screwed to a position deep enough so that when the unit 3 is pulled out, the load will not be applied to the front. When installing unit 3 on panel 1, use second stopper 1.
3 and push it into the board with the first stopper 12 facing down and insert the second stopper 13 into the bent part 2 of the board 1.
Connect the connector 8 at the position where it touches and stops,
Next, by knocking down the second stopper 13, the first
The stopper 12 will stand up, but since the stopper 12 is already located inside the panel and does not get in the way, push the decorative plate 6 of the unit 3 until it is flush with the panel surface and fix it with the screws 5. When the unit 3 is pulled out, the first stopper 12 remains upright, so the bent portion 2
It will stop at the position where it touches. In this state, the connector 8 is disconnected, the second stopper 13 is raised, and the first stopper 12 is laid down, so there is no obstruction to the drawer and the remaining portion can be safely pulled out. The stopper mechanism 30 may be mounted symmetrically on the left and right sides, and the stoppers 12 and 13 may be the same and used in reverse.

ことができる。 As described above and as can be seen from the diagram, two stoppers with different functions, which are hinged to the support and are spaced apart and at different angles, are made to work together and are prevented from constantly moving, so that the function of the stopper is always maintained. When pulling out the unit without damaging it,
The stopper stops the unit in the middle of the drawer, making it safe and easy to disconnect the connector, and the operation of the second stopper releases the pullout blocking condition, making subsequent drawers safe. When inserting the unit, the second stopper After the connector is stopped midway and the connector is connected, the push-in prevention state is released, allowing the installation work to be carried out safely and easily. Although the description has been made regarding a device having a relay unit structure, the present invention can be applied to other devices equipped with a heavy pull-out mechanism.
