２は移動仕切板、３はハンドル、４は発熱器、５は温度
上昇信号、６は冷却器、７は温度下降信号、８は温度検
出器、９は温度検出信号、１０は温度制御器である。 １１は湿度発生器、１２は湿度上昇信号、１３は湿度検
出器、１４は湿度検出信号、１５は湿度制御器である。 なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して
ある。
