Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent permanent magnet pieces from being damaged, by covering the external surface of the permanent magnet pieces with prepreg tape of woven fabric impregnated with semi-hardened thermosetting resin, and by shrinking and hardening the resin with heat. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of permanent magnets 3 are fitted on the outer peripheral face of a cylindrical yoke 2 with bonding agent 5. The prepreg tape 7 of 0.13-0.25mm in thickness covering the external surface of the permanent magnets 3 is formed with woven fabric 10 organized with heat-shrinking polyester fiber 8 and glass fiber 9 which is impregnated with semi-hardened thermosetting epoxy resin 11. After the tape 7 is fixed on the external surface of the permanent magnet pieces 3, the tape is treated with heat and thermosetting epoxy resin 11 is hardened to form a permanent magnet rotor. ってヨークに密着して固定できるとともに、ガラス繊維
と熱硬化性樹脂とで永久磁石片の破損を防止できるよう
にしている。

外表面を被覆した後、加熱により熱収縮性繊維を収縮さ
せるとともに、熱硬化性樹脂を硬化させたことを特徴と
する永久磁石回転子の保護装置。
