Abstract

PURPOSE:To use the easy merchandise information retrieving system even at the small and medium-sized stores by linking organically the function of the maker and the wholesaler, preparing the master file for the retrieving with the low-priced and newest data and distributing them to the stores. CONSTITUTION:A maker uses the system prescribed mark sheet at the time of the first shipment of new products, prepares the input data, attaches them to the merchandise and delivers to the wholesaler. A wholesaler collects the input data attached to the new product, prepares the master file for retrieving periodically by the collective processing and distributes to the store. The store uses the purchased master file, operates the information retrieving system by the personal computer, and presents to a user as a sales promotion tool. The user uses freely the information retrieving system in front of the store, searches the desired merchandise and turns it to account for purchasing the merchandise. Thus, by preparing the master file for retrieving and distributing the file, the merchandise information retrieving system can be used even at the small and medium-sized stores.

ける。 (イ)メーカーは、新商品の1回目の出荷時に情報検索
キーを付加した入力データを所定 のマークシートに記入して商品に添付し、 卸問屋に納入する。 (ロ)卸問屋は集められたマークシートを定期的にコン
ピュータ処理し、販売店々頭で用 いる情報検索用マスターファイルを作成し、これを販売
店に頒布する。 (ハ)販売店は購入したマスタファイルを用い、パソコ
ンによる情報検索システムを稼動さ せ拡販ツールとして利用客に提供する。 (ニ)利用客は、自由に販売店々頭の情報検索システム
を利用して、希望の商品を探し出 し商品の購入に役立てる。 以上の構成を持ち、商品の流通経路を利用した商品情報
検索システム。
