[Detailed Description of the Invention] <Industrial Application Field> This invention relates to a method for manufacturing spike soles for footwear equipped with anti-slip devices, and in particular for spiked shoes and slippers used for fishing and mountain climbing. It can be used as a stopper tabi. It can also be used in spiked shoes for other sports.

<Prior art> Generally, footwear used for fishing on frozen roads, forestry work, and places with slippery rocks covered with limescale has anti-slip devices installed on the contact surface to prevent slipping. This is generally known, but in order for this non-slip device to function most ideally, the non-slip device should be attached to the sole of the footwear in order to maintain a straight position against the load of the wearer at all times. The following methods are known as conventional methods for manufacturing spike soles. As shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 34-12137, there is a method of screwing spikes into the sole of a shoe. In addition, the present invention is also considered to have been invented earlier.
There is a publication No. 5-8014. This is done by inserting the non-slip device into a mold that has a recess that corresponds to the sole of the footwear to be molded and a hole for inserting and raising the non-slip device.
The rubber is then vulcanized to form the sole of the footwear. Another method is to increase the thickness of the sole of the footwear and form the desired cylindrical groove therein.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> In the case of the method shown in Utility Model Publication No. 34-12137, in order to screw the spikes into the sole of the shoe, a threaded part must also be formed in the sole of the shoe. Since the spikes are loose, the manufacturing process is troublesome, and the spikes can fall off if the screws become loose. In the method disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 45-8014, the manufacturing process is complicated because the non-slip device must be set and molded in the mold at the same time when the non-slip device is molded. It was quite difficult to mold the tool so that it was perpendicular to the sole of the shoe and did not loosen. Further, although the method of pushing the pin into the cylindrical groove is simple as a manufacturing method, the pin tends to fall off easily and the sole needs to be thick. Additionally, since the pins on conventional spike bottoms are made of metal, they wear out quickly and require replacement from time to time.

In other words, in order to manufacture spike soles, we must simplify the manufacturing process, reduce the number of steps, and place the pins perpendicular to the sole to prevent them from falling off. Must have been. Further, since the pins must be firmly arranged and perforated, it is necessary to use a material with high wear resistance for the pins so that the pins do not need to be replaced.

Therefore, in the method for manufacturing spike soles according to the present invention, raw rubber is produced using a mold for forming a shoe sole plate, which has a head-shaped mold projecting thereon for forming a groove for pin insertion, which has a slightly smaller diameter than the pin to be inserted. The sole plate is formed by vulcanization, and then a headed pin with a tip made of ceramic is fitted into the pin fitting groove of the sole plate. A headed mold is used to form a groove that is small on the ground side and large inside, and a headed pin whose tip is made of ceramic to prevent wear is pushed into this groove. This is what I did.

<Example> Next, an example of the method for manufacturing a spike sole according to the present invention will be described based on the drawings. 1 is a mold body, which is composed of an upper lid 2 and a molding die 3. The molding die 3 has a head-shaped die 4 projecting therefrom. And this molding gold! l! ! 3 is filled with unvulcanized raw rubber, and a shoe sole plate 5 is molded by a normal vulcanization method. After molding, the upper lid 2 is removed and the sole plate 5 is removed from the mold 3. A bottle fitting groove 6 is formed in the molded sole plate 5 by a head-shaped mold 4 protruding from the molding die 3. Next, a headed pin 7 is pushed into the bottle fitting groove 6 and fitted, thereby completing the spike bottom. In order to firmly fit the pin 7 into the bottle fitting groove 6, the frame of the bottle fitting groove 6 is formed to be slightly smaller in diameter than the pin 7. As to how small the spikes should be, they should be made to an appropriate size depending on the intended use of the spikes, the elasticity of the rubber of the sole plate, etc. Also, the tips 8 of the pins 7 are made of ceramics to prevent wear. .

Note that the entire bottle 7 may be made of ceramics. The shape of the head 9 may be circular as shown in FIG. 4, but in order to prevent the pin 6 from rotating, the head 9 of the pin 7 may be rectangular or shaped like a drum as shown in FIG. good.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, according to the method for manufacturing a spike sole according to the present invention, a shoe sole plate is molded using a mold having a protruding head-shaped mold, and Since the head-shaped pin is fitted into the groove, the spike bottom can be easily manufactured, and since the inner part of the bottle fitting groove is formed large, the pin is difficult to fall off. Then the tip of the pin is made of ceramic.
