巻き掛けするためのベツドロール1と、該ベツド
ロール1の外周面1a上で前記連続ウエブWを順
次所定長さLの定尺ウエブX,X…に切断するた
めのウエブ切断装置5と、前記ベツドロール外周
面1a上におけるウエブ切断位置よりウエブ走行
方向側であつて前記ベツドロール外周面1aに近
接せしめられ且つ該ベツドロール外周面1aの周
速度より遅い周速度でもつてしかもベツドロール
の回転方向に対して逆方向に回転せしめられるリ
タードロール2と、該リタードロール2の外周面
2aに対して近接位置にあつて各定尺ウエブX,
X…をロール状に巻き上げる作用をするウエブ巻
取装置3の一部を構成するワインデイングロール
4を備え、さらに前記ベツドロール1には前記ウ
エブ切断装置5で切断された定尺ウエブXをベツ
ドロール外周面1a上に吸着させた状態でウエブ
走行方向に前送するためのバキユーム装置11を
、前記リタードロール2には前記ベツドロール外
周面1a上に吸着されている定尺ウエブXをリタ
ードロール外周面2a上に移乗・吸着せしめるた
