段と、リセツト端子を備え、このリセツト端子を
基準電位点と同電位にした際に前記駆動手段を非
作動状態とする制御回路部とを有してなり、前記
駆動手段を連結手段を介して固定部に構機的に固
定した際、前記制御回路部と前記駆動手段とが電
気的に接続されて前記リセツト端子が基準電位点
と同電位となるように構成したことを特徴とする
