Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）蓋付の排水栓Ａ５と上蓋押え金具Ａ３とを所要箇
    所に設けた外箱Ａに、豆腐をのせる底板Ｂと、豆腐を押
    す中ＭＣと、該中蓋Ｃを徐々に押し込むねじ込み棒Ｄを
    通した上蓋Ｅとを前記外箱Ａに組み合わしてなる豆腐の
    水切り器具。
  2. （２）底板Ｂは、両端に設けた取手Ｂ１と、上蓋Ｅを載
    置する該取手Ｂ１に続いた段部Ｂ２を設け、更に多数の
    水切り六Ｂ４をあけ、かつ、豆腐から滲み出た水を豆腐
    と隔離するための脚Ｂ５をつけた底面部Ｂ３とで形成さ
    れ、外箱Ａ内にはまるようにしてあることを特徴とした
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の豆腐の水切り器具
    。
