[Detailed explanation of the invention] This invention conventionally uses a hinge or the like to join panel boards made up of frame materials and board materials at a certain angle, but it takes time and skill to assemble and remove them. I needed it. The purpose of joining panel boards using the profile of the present invention is to make assembly easier than conventional joining methods, and to make removal easier.
In addition, the present invention is designed to enable the manufacture of joining molding materials using a mass production method.

First, each mold material used in this invention will be described. The shape material 1 has a rectangular cross section, and in order to fit and attach the joining shapes 7, 8 and 9,
The frame material 1 of the panel board 16 is fitted with the mold material 1 into the joint groove cut into a groove shape and the groove-like recess along the center of the joint groove.
It is provided with a circular hole into which a wood screw to be attached to 7 is inserted. (See Figures 1, 2, and 3.) The mold material 7 has two arc-shaped protrusions 13 and 13' with a stopper 18 at the tip and a tenon-shaped pedestal 2'. It is formed by the convex portion 2. (See Fig. 1.) The profile 8 has a square cross section, and has two notches 1 with stoppers 18 in the opening and arcuate ends on both sides.
4 and 14', and a tenon-shaped protrusion 2. (See FIG. 2.) The mold material 9 is formed of a rectangular portion 9' of the same shape as the rectangular portion 8' of the mold material 8 rotated by 90 degrees, and a tenon-shaped convex portion 2. (See FIG. 3.) Below, when joining panel boards using each of the above-mentioned shapes, a joining mode in which the degree of joining can be freely adjusted will be explained. What is shown in FIG.
The eyelet shape material 1 is attached to the frame material 17 of the prefix with wood screws, and the convex portion 2 of the shape material 7 is fitted and attached to the coupling groove of the shape material 1. What is shown in Fig. 2 is the mold material 7.
Figure 3 shows the protrusion 2 of the profile 8 fitted into the coupling groove of the profile 1 attached to the prefix of the panel board in the same way as when the profile 8 is attached. Similarly, the figure shows the shape material 9 attached.

In this way, the joining shapes 7, 8, and 9 are attached to the prefix of each panel board, and the panel board shown in FIG.
By fitting the protrusions 13 and 13' of the panel plate 7 with the notches 14 and 14' of the frame 8 into the panel board shown in the figure with the joining profile 8 attached,
To finish joining the panel boards, in this case, the protrusions 13 and 13' of the profile 7 are slid within the notches 14 and 14' of the profile 8, and the joining angle of the panel boards is changed from approximately 180 degrees. Adjust freely within a 90 degree range.

Furthermore, the welding angle can be freely adjusted within the range of about 90 degrees to 0 degrees by using a molding material 9 instead of the joining molding material 8 in the joining.
That is, the panel board shown in FIG. 1 with the mold material 7 attached, and the panel board shown in FIG. By fitting the notches 15 and 15', it is possible to similarly perform a joining in which the joining angle can be freely adjusted within the range of about 90 degrees to 0 degrees.

As mentioned above, the joining of panel boards used for building interiors, built-in furniture, and furniture can be assembled and dismantled extremely easily by using the shapes of this invention, but requires special skills. However, the effect is great, and with the added advantage that the mold material is manufactured using a mass production method, the effect is further enhanced.
