、外周面に吸着した鋳片スケールの脱水部および
脱水された鋳片スケールを剥離するスクレーパー
を備えたドラム磁選機をその下周面を排水溝内の
水流中に浸漬せしめて配設し、該スクレーパーの
下方位置と鋳片スケールの貯槽ホツパーの上方開
口との間に磁選機から剥離した鋳片スケールを搬
送するためのコンベヤーを装架したことを特徴と
する連続鋳造工程における冷却水からのスケール
