Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) A floor bracket having a locking means at the upper part and whose lower part is fixed to the floor surface of the vehicle body, and a lower part removably locking to the locking means of the floor bracket. 1. A fixing device for a spare tire for an automobile, comprising: an upper bracket having an engaging portion; and a screw member coupled to the upper bracket for fixing a tire placed on a floor surface to the floor surface. (2) The locking means at the upper part of the floor bracket are guide grooves formed on both sides of the upper part of the bracket, and the engaging parts of the upper bracket are formed at the lower parts of both sides of the upper bracket and slide against the guide grooves. The fixing device for a spare tire for an automobile according to claim 1, characterized in that it is a movable sliding portion. (3) The locking means for the upper part of the floor bracket is an elongated hole drilled in the upper part of the bracket, and the engaging parts of the upper bracket are formed at the lower parts of both sides of the upper bracket, and can be inserted into the elongated holes. 2.
