発電装置のカツプリング部に電磁クラツチを設置
し、該電磁クラツチを買電停電検出装置により、
原動機と発電を直結し、非常用電源装置として、
買電の復電時には電磁クラツチを外し、発電機を
進相機として力率調整器と組合せ買電系統の力率
