Conventionally, the following measures have been taken to prevent hoses from coming into close contact with each other due to the softening of the rubber during vulcanization in hoses that have a rubber inner tube, a reinforcing layer, and a rubber outer tube. There are problems, and no effective countermeasures have been developed yet.

First, processing countermeasures include increasing the viscosity of the rubber for the outer tube and applying a mold release agent, but the former causes burns during extrusion and increases energy costs, while the latter causes decreased weather resistance and poor appearance. There is a problem.

In addition, as countermeasures during vulcanization, there are ■measures to prevent adhesion by surface vulcanization treatment using LCM etc., ■vulcanization by lead coating, ■pre-cure treatment by tape wrapping, and ■hot water vulcanization. In the case of (■) above, there is a decrease in physical properties of the rubber, and there is a decrease in weather resistance; in the case of (■), the process is complicated, high cost, and color contamination of colored rubber; in the case of (■), weather resistance is decreased due to the fabric pattern; - There are problems such as poor appearance due to sagging, etc.

The hose of the present invention that achieves the above object is constructed by sequentially arranging a reinforcing layer, a rubber outer tube, and a thermoplastic resin outer tube on the outer surface of a rubber inner tube. A desirable configuration is that the outer tube is a thermoplastic resin outer tube with a thermal deformation rate of 10% or less.

The arrangement of the rubber inner tube 1, the reinforcing layer 2, and the rubber outer tube 3 is the same as that of conventionally known ones, but the hose of the present invention further includes a thermoplastic resin outer tube on the outer surface of the rubber outer tube 3. A major feature is the placement of number 4. In other words, by arranging the thermoplastic resin outer tube 4 on the outermost layer of the hose, it is possible to prevent adhesion and eliminate the need for a mold release agent. Processes such as coating and tape wrapping are not required, and the low heat deformation rate prevents appearance defects such as blurring and contact scratches even when vulcanized using efficient oven steam vulcanization. Furthermore, a hose with excellent weather resistance and abrasion resistance can be obtained.

Examples As shown in the table below, hoses from ■ to ■ were manufactured by keeping the rubber inner tube, rubber outer tube, and vulcanization conditions the same, but changing the material and heat deformation rate of the thermoplastic resin outer tube. However, as in the conventional method, a thermoplastic resin outer tube was not used, and the rubber outer tube was made thicker to produce the hose shown in (1).

(Margins below this page) [Effects of the Invention] As described above, the hose of the present invention has a reinforcing layer, an outer rubber tube, and a thermoplastic resin outer tube arranged in this order on the outer surface of a rubber inner tube. According to the present invention, by arranging the thermoplastic resin outer tube, adhesion can be prevented, so there is no need for a mold release agent, and pre-treatments for vulcanization include surface vulcanization, lead coating, and tape wrapping. This eliminates the need for processes such as
Furthermore, by using a resin outer tube with a low thermal deformation rate, there will be no appearance defects such as sag or contact scratches even when vulcanized as is using efficient open steam vulcanization, and it also has excellent weather resistance and abrasion resistance. It can be used as a hose. Therefore, according to the present invention, a high quality hose can be obtained efficiently at low cost.
