の冷媒回路図、第5図は従来の冷媒チヤージ管取
付け部の正面図、第6図は第5図に示す冷媒チヤ
ージ管取付け用キヤツプ及び冷媒チヤージ管の構
成図である。
図において、12はバルブ本体、13a,13
bはバルブ配管、3は絞り装置、2は室内側熱交
換器、1は圧縮機、5は冷媒配管、6は室内側ユ
ニツト、7は室外側熱交換器、8は室外側ユニツ
ト、15aは挿通孔、15bは底面部、15cは
立上り部、15はキヤツプ、16aは段加工部、
15dは内側底面部、16は冷媒チヤージ管、で
ある。なお、各図中同一符号は同一または相当部
分を示す。

と上記各操作バルブの一方のバルブ配管のそれぞ
れの一端部に取付けられこの一端部間に室外側熱
交換器等を連通させた冷媒配管を有する室外側ユ
ニツト、中央部に挿通孔が設けられた底面部とこ
の底面部の外周部に沿つて形成された立上り部を
有し、この立上り部が上記操作バルブの他方のバ
ルブ配管の一端部に重着された浅皿状の冷媒チヤ
ージ管取付け用キヤツプ、及び上記挿通孔に挿通
され上記キヤツプの内側に位置する一端部にその
外径を大きく加工した段加工部が設けられ、かつ
この段加工部が上記キヤツプの内側底面部に当接
した状態で上記キヤツプに固着された冷媒チヤー
