て他の排気管もしくはエンジン本体に取り付けられるエ
ンジンにおいて、ガスケットの一方の側壁を構成する第
1プレートと、他方の側壁を構成する第2プレートとの
各々の内周部が折り曲げられてこの両プレートにより環
状の空間層が形成され、この空間層の外周側であって上
記両プレートの間に断熱材が充填され、空間層を形成す
る上記両プレートの折り曲げられたいずれか一方がこの
空間層の内周側において排気通路を構成していることを
