サイクルに設けられた第１開閉弁と、前記室外熱
交換器と室内熱交換器との間の冷媒配管に設けら
れた第２開閉弁と、室内温度と設定温度との差に
応じた運転率で前記圧縮機の運転をオン、オフす
る手段と、このオン、オフ運転のオンに際して前
記第２開閉弁を開放する手段と、オン、オフ運転
のオフに際して前記第１開閉弁を開放する手段と
