Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はトグルスイツチに係り、断面略V形状
板と左右両側端部を外側に折曲して電極端子接続
用の端部を形成すると共に、前記断面略V形状板
の中央折曲部を境にして左右の前後両端部に設け
た凸部を外側に折曲して電極端子接続用の端部を
形成した駆動板と、その駆動板の電極端子接続用
の端部に対応して設けられた電極端子と、前記駆
動板を操作する操作部材とよりなり、前記駆動板
を前記電極端子の上部と前記操作部材の下部との
間に配し、この操作部材の操作により前記駆動板
の電極端子接続用の端部が異なる二つの電極端子
に接触するよう構成することにより、トグルスイ
ツチを小型化でき、かつ部品点数も少なく、さら
には簡単に作れ、又スイツチの切り換えに際して
駆動板の安定化に優れた低コストのトグルスイツ
チを提供することを目的とする。

板であり、この駆動板21は、略矩形状板の中央
部22の両側に電極端子16,17とにそれぞれ
対応しかつ筐体の凸部19,20の内側に接する
位置関係をもつて形成している凸部23,24の
ある金属板を、凸部23,24を共に外側に約90
゜折り曲げ、かつ中央部22において金属板を内
側に鈍角の角度に折り曲げ、さらに金属板の両側
端部25付近において金属板を外側に鈍角の角度
に折り曲げて作つたものである。このような駆動
板21が電極端子部の上部でかつスタツドの下部
に配され、操作レバーを動かすことにより、例え
ば第4図の如く操作レバーを動かすことによつて
電極端子15と16とが接続され、そして第5図
の如く操作レバーを動かすことによつて電極端子
17と18とが接続されるようになる。そして、
電極端子全てが外部に接続されている場合には、
ON→ON→ONの如く三段階の連続したスイツチ
の切り換えを行なうことができるようになり、又
電極端子のうち右端又は左端の電極端子が外部に
接続されていない場合には、ON→ON→OFF又
はOFF→ON→ONの如くのスイツチの切り換え
を行なうことができる。

に、駆動板が単に断面V形状の場合よりもその作
動の安定性が著しく優れている。

部材の下部との間に配し、この操作部材の操作に
より前記駆動板の電極端子接続用の端部が異なる
二つの電極端子に接触するよう構成したので、す
なわち操作部材の操作によつて動作する駆動板に
は電極端子接続用の端部が設けられているので、
スイツチの切り換えに際して駆動板の動作変位量
が小さくてすみ、この駆動板の動作変位量が小さ
いことから、駆動板の動作は安定かつスムーズに
行なえ、従つてスイツチの切り換えが安定してス
ムーズに行なわれ、又、駆動板には端部が設けら
れていることより、駆動板の支承部材を特別に設
ける必要がなく、かつ、駆動板の前後方向におい
て駆動板の位置規制用の壁があるだけで駆動板は
安定して作動するものであり、従つて余分な部分
を必要としないのでそれだけトグルスイツチの構
成を簡略化でき、小型で低コストなものが得られ
る等の特長を有する。
