As shown in FIG. 1, the foamable resin 6 is extruded into a flat strip shape using an extrusion molding machine 13. As the foamable resin 6, any resin such as foamed polyurethane, foamed styrene, foamed polyethylene, foamed polypropylene, etc. can be used. Immediately after the foamable resin 6 is extruded, a strip-shaped wood veneer 8, which has just been impregnated with the WPC resin stock solution 7 on the foamable resin 6, is laminated with a presser roll 14. The wood veneer 8 is made of Japanese pine, Yonetsuga, etc., sliced to a thickness of about 0.4 to 0.6 mm, and softened with ethylene glycol, ammonia, etc. beforehand to improve the impregnating properties of the WPC resin stock solution 7. Desirable for its ease of improvement and bending.
A polyester resin or the like can be used as the WPC resin stock solution 7, and by passing the wood veneer 8 through the WPC resin stock solution 7, the wood veneer 8 is impregnated with the WPC resin stock solution 7. WPC here

きるものである。 After the wooden veneer 8 is laminated on the foamable resin 6 in this manner, the foamed resin 6 and the WPC resin stock solution 7 are passed between the upper belt 9 and the lower belt 10 before they solidify (harden). Upper and lower belts 9, 10
is being heated, and when it is introduced between the upper and lower belts 9 and 17, the foamable resin 6 begins to foam again and the WPC resin stock solution 7 in the wood veneer 8 begins to harden. At this time, the wooden veneer 8 is
is pushed up and pressed against the upper surface of the upper belt 9,
When the foamed resin 6 and the WPC resin stock solution 7 solidify, the wood veneer 8 is attached to the foamed resin 6 due to self-adhesion, and the spring wood portion 3 and summer wood portion 15 of the wood veneer 8 are bonded to each other. The lower surface of the spring material portion 3, which has a coarse and soft structure, is depressed by the foaming pressure, and the convex portion 5 of the foamable resin 6 enters the recess 4 on the lower surface of the spring material portion 3, as shown in FIG. 2 from a to b. . At this time, the spring material part 3 with a coarse structure
In this case, the foamable resin 6 slightly penetrates between the fibers. Thereafter, the laminate of the foamable resin 6 and the wood veneer 8 is passed between the cooled upper and lower rollers 16 and 17 to stop the foaming of the foamable resin 6 and harden the foamable resin 6. In this way, Figure 2b
It is possible to obtain a WPC flooring material in which a WPC wood veneer 2 is pasted on the upper surface of a base material 1 of foamable resin 6 such as the one shown in FIG.

鮮明にできるものである。 Here, the foamable resin 6 is formed in a color lighter than the color of the spring material portion 3 of the wooden veneer 8 (L value is 10 or more). Then, compared to the summer wood part 15, the spring wood part 3 is transparent and is compressed and thinner, so the color transmission becomes greater in the spring wood part 3, and the fibers of the spring wood part 3 are foamed. Because the foamable resin 6 has invaded, the light color of the foamable resin 6 appears on the surface of the spring wood part 3, making the color of the spring wood part 3 even lighter, and this color becomes even more distinct from the dark colored summer wood part 16. The grain of the wood can be emphasized with the lightened spring wood portion 3. still,
Conversely, the color of the foamable resin 6 may be made darker than the color of the summer wood part 15 (L value 20 or more), and in this case, the colors of the spring wood part 3 and the summer wood part 15 are reversed to improve the wood grain. It is possible to make it clear.

ある。 In the above embodiment, since the foaming pressure of the foamable resin 6 is utilized, there is no need to use a press or the like, and the spring material portion 3 is maintained while the top surface of the wooden veneer 8 is kept flat.
Although the lower surface of the spring member 3 is recessed, it is also possible to recess the lower surface of the spring member 3 using the roll press 12 as described below. That is,
In this case, as shown in FIG. 3, a wooden veneer 8 impregnated with the WPC resin stock solution 7 is laminated onto the extruded resin 11 in the same manner as in FIG. It will be introduced between 12 and 12. Here, as the resin 11, a foamable resin or a non-foamable resin may be used. If the wooden veneer 8 is pressed onto the resin 11 by passing it through the roll presses 12, 12 before the resin 11 is completely cured, the hard summer wood portion 15 will be pushed into the resin 11, but as shown in FIG. 4 a and b. On the other hand, the soft spring material part 3 receives the pressing force of the resin 11 which swells due to the pushing of the summer material part 15, so that the lower surface thereof becomes a concave part 4, and a part of the resin 11 becomes a convex part 5 and enters the concave part 4. The WPC wood veneer 2 is laminated on the base material 1 on which the resin 11 has been cured in this way, as shown in Fig. 4b.
WPC flooring can be obtained. Second
In the case of Figures a and b, no press is used, so the thickness T 1 between the two remains unchanged, but in the case of Figures a and b, the thickness T 2 is slightly smaller than T 1 because the roll press 12 is used to press. The WPC flooring material obtained in this way is also used as base material 1 for the same reason as that in Figure 2b.
The WPC wood veneer 2 is bonded to it, and the grain of the WPC wood veneer 2 can be clearly expressed.

It enters the concave part as a convex part,
In addition, since the resin of the base material permeates the lower surface of the spring wood, the color of the base material appears on the surface of the WPC wood veneer through the spring wood, and the grain of the wood veneer is improved. It is something that can be clearly expressed,
In addition, by compressing the spring wood, the structure of the spring wood becomes denser, improving the hardness of the spring wood, improving the hardness of the entire WPC wood grain veneer, and increasing its strength. . In addition, the second WPC flooring material
In the invention, the foaming pressure of the foamable resin can be used, and in the third invention, it can be easily manufactured in a series of steps using a roll press, and in the manufacturing methods of the second and third inventions, the WPC resin stock solution and the base resin can be easily manufactured. WPC can be attached to the base material without the need for adhesives due to its self-adhesive strength during curing.
It can be attached with wood veneer.

ものである。 In addition, in the second invention, a wooden veneer impregnated with WPC resin stock solution is layered on the foamable resin before the foamable resin solidifies, and this is passed between the upper and lower belts to form foam between the upper and lower belts. Since the foamed resin is foamed and the WPC resin stock solution is cured, the self-adhesion that occurs when the foamed resin and WPC resin stock solidify allows the wood veneer to be attached to the foamed resin with good adhesion. Also, due to the foaming pressure of the foamable resin, the resin is pressed against the wood veneer side, and the structure of the wood veneer enters the soft spring wood part as a convex part, and the resin penetrates between the fibers of the spring wood part. With this, it is possible to produce a flooring material with clear wood grain where the color of the resin base material can be seen from the surface side through the spring wood portion. Furthermore, regarding the third invention,
Before the resin solidified, a wooden veneer impregnated with the WPC resin stock solution was layered on top of the resin, and the wood veneer was pressed onto the resin using a roll press, and the resin and WPC resin stock solution were cured. When solidified, the self-adhesive property allows wood veneers to be attached to the resin with good adhesion. Moreover, when the resin and wood veneer are pressed together in a press, a portion of the resin is attached to the wood veneer. This resin enters into the soft spring wood part as a convex part and penetrates between the fibers of the coarse spring wood part of the wood veneer.
It is possible to produce a flooring material with clear wood grain where the color of the resin base material can be seen from the surface side through the spring wood part.
