本発明は自動組立作業等において使用される輪
列部品の供給方法に関するものである。互に噛合
する歯車部品を軸穴等に挿入して組立てる場合に
は、歯車部品の歯部が相手の歯部と噛合する状態
で挿入して組付けることが必要であり、特に自動
組立装置においては挿入部品の歯部を相手歯車と
自動的に噛合状態にして組付けることが必須条件

車部品は下板4の各軸穴4a,4b,4cに各歯
車部品が挿入され、歯部が噛合状態で組付けされ

れるが、歯部の山部と山部が少しでも当接してい
るとそのまゝでは噛合状態にならない。そこで保
持装置13で歯車部品12の固定を開放すると共
に保持装置は開放位置で停止させたまゝ、保持装
置13に設けたノズル15,15よりエアーを噴
射させる。この噴射するエアーを歯車部品12の
外周部に円周方向に射出すること(第2a図)に
よつて歯部12cを回転させ、噛合する歯部11
cと噛合状態の位置になつた処で歯車部品12は
自重で下降して噛合状態の組付けが行われる。保
持装置13は上昇して再び最初の位置に搬送され
る。保持装置13の軸心案内部を有する固定装置
にはコレツトチヤツク方式を用いることも可能で
ある。ノズル先端よりエアーを噴射する方向を歯
部の円周方向にすると共にわずか下方に向けるこ
とで噛合後の自重降下を助けることが出来る。又
歯車部品12を回転させるときは、歯部12cが
歯部11cの上面に載置された状態で下軸12b
は軸穴10aに挿入され、上軸部12aは軸心案
内部13aに保持されて上下軸で回転中心が支持
されているが、第3図の歯車部品に示されるよう
に取付軸16に挿入される歯車17組付の場合
は、保持装置よりの固定開放后は上軸部の軸心位

歯車部品の軸心位置を保持して固定し搬送する保
持装置によつ所定の歯車部品の挿入部の下端が所

組付ずみの他の歯車の歯部の上方に位置する迄下
降した後、上記所定の歯車部品の保持装置による
固定を開放して直立するように支持すると共に保
持装置に設けたノズルにより、上記所定歯車部品
の外周部に円周方向にエアーを噴射せしめて歯車
部品を回転せしめ、既に組付ずみの他の歯車部品
と噛合せしめて最終下降位置に定置せしめるよう
