- 回転ドラムと、この回転ドラムを回転させる回
転軸と、固定ドラムとよりなる回転シリンダ装置
において、前記固定ドラムの外周円筒部の中心軸
に対し、前記回転ドラムの回転軸の中心軸を偏心
させたことを特徴とする回転シリンダ装置。
