Claims (1)
- 車体のアウタパネルの縁辺部分をインナパネル
の端縁部で折返して抱き合せるよう重合せること
により重合せ成形部を形成し、このアウタパネル
の折返し縁辺部とインナパネルとを溶接して成る
車体鋼板の重合せ成形部の溶接構造において、前
記重合せ成形部のインナパネルに、アウタパネヌ
の折返し縁辺部に向けて突出する突起部を設け、
このインナパネルの突起部に前記アウタパネルの
折返し縁辺部を重合させて、インナパネルとアウ
タパネルとの間に隙間を設け、アウタパネルの折
返し縁辺部とインナパネルの前記突出部を溶接し
て結合することを特徴とする車体鋼板の重合せ成
形部の溶接構造。
