It is well known that germanium is widely used as electronic components due to its properties as a semiconductor, but due to its characteristic atomic structure, germanium acts electrically on living organisms and can cause stiff shoulders, lower back pain, muscle pain, etc. It is known that it can also be used as a medical tool to alleviate various symptoms.

That is, germanium has atomic number 3, which has 32 electrons.
It is an atom of 2, and four electrons are arranged in its outermost orbit, and one of these electrons has the property of being very easy to be released, and when this - number of electrons are released, the outermost orbit A hole is generated in the shell orbit, and in order to block this hole, it has the property of attracting other electrons from the outside. On the other hand, the nervous system of the living body maintains its normal function due to the electrical action that occurs within the living body. However, it is known that the potential of each cell in various affected areas in the body shows abnormal values, and when germanium is attached to such affected areas, pain, inflammation, etc. in the affected areas are cured. It is known to do.

The healing effect of germanium on the affected area has not yet been fully elucidated, but due to the electrical properties of germanium, such as its ion generation effect and radical scavenging effect (takes in and removes H", OH-, etc.) It is thought that electron exchange etc. are carried out at the site, the abnormal potential in the affected area is normalized, and diseases such as inflammation are cured.

Therefore, various germanium medical devices have been developed that are made by molding germanium ore into a thin disc shape and attaching it to the skin surface, but conventional germanium medical devices are made by melting high-purity germanium ore and applying it to the prescribed shape. It is molded by pouring this molten metal into a mold.

However, the therapeutic effect of germanium is achieved through the electron exchange effect between the electrons in the outermost shell of germanium and the affected area, and the activeness of this electron exchange effect is significantly related to the therapeutic effect. Conventional germanium molded bodies for medical use are molded by melting metal, so the molded body is densified and its surface area is limited to the outer peripheral surface. Therefore, germanium electrons can freely enter and exit only during molding. It has the disadvantage that it is limited to areas close to the surface of the body, and therefore cannot effectively exert its electron exchange effect on the affected area.

In view of the above drawbacks, the present invention aims to solve the above drawbacks by providing a medical germanium molded body comprising a porous molded body obtained by sintering fine germanium particles and a method for manufacturing the same. One embodiment will be described based on the drawings. 1 is a germanium molded body for medical use, and when producing the germanium molded body 1, an ingot of high-purity refined germanium (purity 99.999%) is appropriately pulverized. The germanium particles are pulverized into fine particles using a machine, and the pulverized germanium particles are filled into a sintering mold and press-molded into a predetermined shape using a press molding machine at a pressure of approximately 5 to 6 tons. The molded bodies after press molding are sent in parallel to a dedicated sintering furnace and sintered for about 4 hours to obtain a sintered germanium molded body 1.

In this sintering operation, the temperature is raised to about 800°C to 900°C in about 3 hours, and after sintering at this temperature for about 4 hours, the temperature inside the furnace starts to decrease, and after 10 hours have passed from the initial stage, it is exposed to the outside air. It is then allowed to cool naturally in the air.

The germanium molded body 1 sintered and molded as described above has a porous shape as an aggregate of germanium fine particles, and the contact surface area of the germanium molded body 1 with the air is several tens of thousands of yen compared to that of a dense molten molded body. This is more than twice as large.

When in use, the molded germanium body 1 is attached to the affected areas of the human body, such as the back of the human body, tender points, rough skin areas, bruised/fractured areas, and the epidermis near internal organs using adhesive tape 4. In the invention, highly purified germanium is finely pulverized, the pulverized germanium particles are filled into a mold, press molded, and this molded body is sintered, so that germanium fine particles are It is possible to obtain a porous germanium molded body 1 in which the aggregated porous germanium molded body 1 has a total surface area that is exposed to air tens of thousands of times more than that of a conventional melt molded body, and therefore the germanium molded body 1 is 1 can significantly activate the movement of electrons in and out of the outermost shell acting on the affected area compared to conventional ones, thereby significantly improving the healing effect of germanium on the affected area. By attaching it to the affected area, it increases oxygen, promotes health, improves blood flow, and activates nutritional supplementation, leading to medical and therapeutic effects, and is expected to have therapeutic effects such as reducing fever, relieving tenderness, and eliminating shoulder stiffness. Its practical effects are enormous.
