Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily overhaul a motor requiring no special jigs for assembling, by a method wherein a rugged section is provided for a core, and wherein a sub-rugged section is provided for a housing, and wherein the housing and the core are positioned by the rugged and sub-rugged sections. CONSTITUTION:A circular section 13a engaged with a core 8 for a housing 13 is processed at high precision with the bearing section 13a as the central figure, and the core 8 is also processed at high precision so that the inner diameter and the outer peripheral section 8d confronting a rotor 9 may form a concentric circle, and the circular section 8b of the core 8 is fitted on the circular section 13a of the housing 13, and accordingly, in case of assembling, the core 8 can be combined with the rotor 9 with even space between them at high precision without required adjustment. The core 8 is formed to be put between the sections of the housing 13, and a part of the core is exposed on the outer periphery, and so heat is discharged in good order.

BACKGROUND ART FIGS. 4 to 6 show an example of the basic structure of a conventional electric motor. Reference numeral 1 denotes a stator core around which a wire ring 3 is wound, and a rotor 2 having a rotor shaft 6 is inserted into its hole. The rotor shaft 6 provided in the portion 1a is rotatably supported by a bearing 4. The bearing 4 is fixed to the center of a housing 6, which is a basic member of the electric motor, and the housing 6 is assembled with rivets or screws 7 in the form of a two-piece 7, which sandwiches the stator core 1 therebetween.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the above configuration, when the stator core 1 and the housing 5 are assembled, a special jig is not used to create a gap between the inner diameter of the stator core 1 and the outer diameter of the rotor 2. It had the disadvantage that it could not be held uniformly. In addition, the screws 7 for fixing the assembly are made of a soft material such as aluminum, and are not fixed by compression caulking from both ends, but by expanding the center part and filling the inside of the stator through hole. There was a risk that the position of the housing and stator would shift due to an external impact on the assembly layer, and the motor would not be able to function properly.

In the figure, reference numeral 8 denotes the iron core of the electric motor, which is made by punching thin plates with a press and laminating them, and has, in the thickness direction, a circular part 8b concentric with the central hole 8a into which the rotor 9 is inserted, and a square part 8C. 13 is a housing having a circular part 13a protruding from the side surface, each of which has a rivet 10.
It is held firmly in place so that it does not separate into pieces. Further, the fixed rotary member 9 is fixed to the shaft 11, and is engaged with the circular portions 8b at both ends of the iron core 8, and the iron core 8
It is maintained so that the gap between the two is uniform.

In the above configuration, the circular portion 13a of the housing 13 that engages with the iron core 8 is precisely machined around the bearing portion 13a, and the inner diameter of the iron core 8 facing the rotor 9 and the circular outer peripheral portion 8d are The iron core 8 is precisely machined to form concentric circles, and since the circular part 8b of the iron core 8 and the circular part 13a of the housing 13 fit together, the iron core 8 can be assembled without any adjustment. It is possible to assemble the gap between the rotor 9 and the rotor 9 uniformly and accurately. In addition, since the iron core 8 is inserted into the housing 13 from both sides and a part of it is exposed on the outer periphery, it has the advantage of good heat dissipation.
The rivets 10 used during assembly do not need to be expanded within the iron core hole 1b as in the conventional case, so not only can iron be used, but screws can also be used instead of rivets.
Another advantage is that it can be easily disassembled.

In the above embodiment, a part of the iron core 8 is connected to the housing 13.
When engaging with the housing 13, the iron core 8 side is made circular, but it is also possible to cut out a part of the circle. In short, the housing 13 can be assembled without using a complicated jig. It is sufficient if it can be fixed in the correct position.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the electric motor of the present invention has the second part of the iron core housing.
Since the structure is such that the uneven parts that engage with the uneven parts of the rotor are formed and assembled, the gap between the stator and rotor is constant without using complicated jigs during assembly, improving quality. This will improve productivity.
