  1. ペタルシヤフトに作動方向が互に逆のワンウエ
    イクラツチを介してチエーンスプロケツトと歯車
    とを設け、前記ペタルシヤフトと平行する中間シ
    ヤフトに、前記チエーンスプロケツトとチエーン
    を介して連動するチエーンスプロケツトと前記歯
    車に噛み合う歯車と及び後部車輪への伝動用チエ
    ーンスプロケツトとを一体回転するように設けて
    なり、ペタルシヤフトの正逆回転とも後部車輪に
    前進方向の回転として伝動されるようにしたこと
    を特徴とする自転車。
