この考案は床パネルや壁パネルに用いるハニカ

従来、床パネルや壁パネルにおいて、樹脂を含
浸させた紙製のハニカムコアが用いられている。
このハニカムコアは、紙片を部分的に接着剤を介
して重ね合せ、その後展張させたものである。こ
の展張作業は、従来は手作業で行なつており、そ
のため非能率であつた。

実施例
この考案の一実施例を第1図ないし第6図に示
す。図において、1はハニカムコアMを載せる展
張作業台であり、一対の進退枠2が上面に設けら
れている。これら進退枠2は、展張作業台1の前
後縁で中央から両端にわたつてそれぞれ設けられ
た2組の駆動チエーン3,4に両端が取付けられ
ており、駆動チエーン3,4の回動により対向し
て進退可能である。駆動チエーン3,4は従動ス
プロケツト5,6と駆動スプロケツト7とに掛装

の状態で進退枠2をさらに後退させ、ハニカムコ
アMを最大に広げる。このとき、ハニカムコアM
は展張と共に幅が狭まろうとするが、吸着パツド
12と引掛爪17もそれに追従して移動し、ピツ
チが狭まるのでハニカムコアMを全長にわたり均
一な幅に展張させることができる。また、ハニカ
ムコアMの展張が進むにつれて吸着パツド12に
作用する引張荷重が大きくなり、しかもハニカム
コアMの幅の狭まりにより吸着パツド12に横方
向の力が作用するため吸着が外れる可能性がある
が、引掛爪17を引掛けてあるため、吸着パツド
12による吸着が外れても展張が行なえ信頼性が
