に配置される短絡部材とを具備し、前記第１、第
２のプローブの植設箇所における前記導波管の管
壁の厚みを互いに異なるものとし、前記波導管内
におけるプローブの挿入長を第１、第２のプロー
ブについて異ならしめることを特徴とする直交２
