限する絞り部と、前記ケーシングとの間に空気導
入用チヤンバを設けて該ケーシングを断熱的に囲
むと共に、外部から前記チヤンバへの空気導入部
及び前記ケーシングから外部への加熱空気導出部
を有した囲繞部とを備えていることを特徴とする
