In the case of the above structure, when manufacturing the coil unit 1, first the bobbin 4 with the coil 8 and the terminal 18.
and the coil cover 3 are prepared, and then, as shown in FIG. 2, the terminal 18 is positioned above the fitting groove 14 of the terminal mounting plate 13 so that the coupling hole 20 faces the coupling pin 15. In this case, the coupling recesses 22, 22 of the terminal 18 are the engagement protrusions 17.1
7 is biased toward the coupling pin 15 side. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the coupling pin 15 is fitted into the coupling hole 20, and the mounting base 19 is pressed to fit into the fitting groove 14. In this case, the engagement piece 21 of the terminal 18 engages with the engagement protrusions 17 and is bent as shown in FIG. 4. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 5, the terminal 18 is slightly moved toward the center of the bobbin 4 to fit the edge of the coupling hole 20 into the engagement groove 16 of the coupling pin 15. Furthermore, when the terminal 18 is moved as described above, the engagement recess 22.22 faces the engagement protrusion 17.17 and is fitted into the engagement protrusion 17.17, as shown in FIG. As a result, the engaging piece 21 is also fitted into the fitting groove 14, and movement of the terminal 18 in the longitudinal direction is prevented. Therefore, the terminal 18 is fixedly attached to the terminal mounting plate 13. Next, the connection piece 23.23 of the terminal 18.18 fixed as described above is
Connect the lead wires 9 and 10 as shown in FIG. In this case, since the tip of the connecting piece 23.23 protrudes outward from one end of the cylinder 5 in the axial direction of the cylinder, the lead wire 9
, 10 can be easily wrapped around the tips of the connecting pieces 23, 23, and mechanically connected easily and quickly. In addition, when soldering the connection parts between the lead wires 9 and 10 and the connection pieces 23 and 23 with a soldering iron (not shown), the heating part of the soldering iron should be kept far away from the coil 8 when the connections are made. parts can be soldered. In addition, when soldering the above-mentioned connection part using the solder bath 30 as shown in FIG. By immersing the coil 8 in the solder bath 30a, the connection portion can be soldered while the coil 8 is kept far away from the solder bath 30a. Next, the movable peripheral wall 26a of the coil cover 3 is opened as shown in FIG. 1, and the notch 26 is fitted into the terminal mounting plate 13, so that the coil cover 3 is placed over the coil body 2. After that, the coil cover 3 is pressed down in the axial direction of the cylindrical body 5 to completely adhere to the cylinder body 5, and then the movable peripheral wall 26a is closed and the hook at the tip is attached to the other edge of the notch 26 using its elasticity. latches to prevent the coil cover 3 from being removed. When the coil cover 3 is attached to the coil body 2 in this way, the terminal cover 27 changes from the state shown in FIG. 6 to the state shown in FIG. While pressing down the mounting base 19.19, the pressing parts 29, 29 press the connecting piece 23.23 so that its tip is located closer to the coil 8 than one end of the cylindrical body 5. Therefore, the terminal cover 27 is disposed close to the terminal mounting plate 13, and the bulk of the coil unit l in the axial direction of the cylindrical body 5 is reduced.

For example, the coil unit 1 as described above is shown in FIG.
It is used as a component of a geared motor 31 as shown in FIG. In this geared motor 31, 32.
A stator element 33 is made of a magnetic material, and magnetic pole pieces 32a and 33a are formed by cutting and raising a part of the stator element. Reference numeral 34 denotes a contour plate, 35 a spring, 36 a rotor, and 37 a main shaft. The main shaft 37 and the rotor 36 are connected via a reduction gear train 38. 39 is a gear retaining recess formed in the coil cover 3 of the coil unit 1, and a gear supporting shaft 40 is protruded from the center portion thereof. This gear bearing shaft 40 has the gear 3 of the reduction gear train 38.
8a is rotatably attached, and this gear 38a is arranged between the magnetic pole pieces 32a and 33a.

In the geared motor 31 having the above structure, the reduction gear train 38 is disposed between the stator elements 32 and 33, as is clear from FIG. In addition, since the bulk of the cylindrical body 5 of the coil unit 1 in the axial direction can be reduced as described above, the thickness of the geared motor 31 in the rotor axial direction can be extremely reduced.
can be made smaller.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the present invention, when connecting the lead wires 9 and 10 of the coil 8 to the connecting piece 23 of the terminal 18, the connecting piece 23 Due to the axially outward projection, the lead wire 9.10 can be mechanically easily connected to the connecting piece 23.

Further, in the above case, not only can the mechanical connection between the lead wire 9.10 and the connection piece 23 be easily soldered, but also the electrical connection work can be easily performed. That is,
Since the connecting piece 23 protrudes outward in the axial direction of the cylinder from the end of the cylinder, it is possible to solder the connection part with the soldering iron far away from the coil 8, and as shown in FIG. In addition, only the connecting portion can be immersed in the solder bath 30a with the coil 8 separated from the solder bath 30, and thereby the coil 8 can be connected with less thermal influence.

Moreover, even if the connecting piece 23 is designed to protrude from the end of the cylinder as described above, the connecting piece 23 is pushed against the terminal cover 27 when the terminal cover 27 is attached to the terminal mounting plate 13. Since the coil unit 1 is designed to deform toward the terminal mounting plate 13 side, the bulk of the coil unit 1 in the axial direction of the cylinder can be reduced when the terminal cover 27 is assembled to the terminal mounting plate 13.
It can promote downsizing of motors.

In the case of a bobbin in which a cylindrical body is provided with flanges at both ends, a ring-shaped coil is provided concentrically around the outer periphery of the cylindrical body, and one of the flanges of the bobbin has a flange tensioned on a part of its outer periphery. A terminal mounting plate is provided that protrudes in the direction of output, and a pair of terminals is provided on the side surface of the terminal mounting plate on the side opposite to the coil, and the lead wires at both ends of the coil are connected to the connection pieces of these terminals, respectively. Furthermore, in a motor coil unit in which a terminal cover covering the terminals is attached to the opposite side of the terminal mounting plate to the coil side, the connecting piece of the terminal is normally attached from the cylindrical end of the bobbin. A coil unit for a motor, characterized in that it projects outward in the axial direction of the cylinder and is configured to be pushed by the terminal cover and deformed toward the terminal mounting plate when the terminal cover is attached to the terminal mounting plate. .
