上にて上下ストローク運動可能なる様、スクリユ
ースピンドルを装架せしめると共に、該、スクリ
ユースピンドルの螺子部にはピストンを葵挿させ
る一方、先端部にはバルブエレメントを嵌着せし
め、以つて、該、スクリユースピンドルの動作の
際、前記ピストン並びにバルブエレメントの夫々
が作動する様構成した事を特徴とせる、スクリユ
