A conventional induction electric appliance, for example, a core type transformer 1, has groove shaped steel on both sides of each core yoke 2 in order to tighten the upper and lower core yokes 2, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. A clamp 3 having a U-shaped cross section is provided, and a through hole 4 is bored in the core yoke 2.
This was accomplished by screwing a nut 6 onto the end of a bolt 5 that was inserted into the through hole 4 and passed through the clamp 3. In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 7 denotes a clamping plate interposed between both ends of the coil 8 and the upper and lower clamps 3, which is formed by punching an insulating plate into a ring shape. The upper and lower clamps 3 are integrally connected by a plurality of connecting bolts 9, and the flange of the upper clamp 3 is connected to the upper clamp through a disc-shaped insulating material 10 attached to the tip. However, by drilling the through hole 4 in the core yoke 2, the magnetic flux density increases in the peripheral area due to a decrease in the cross-sectional area, which becomes a factor in increasing the core loss of the core type transformer 1. Ta. In addition, since the upper and lower core yokes 2 are made of laminated iron plates, in order to integrate them,
Clamps 3 are applied from both sides of the iron core yoke 2, and these clamps 3 are tightened together with bolts 5.Furthermore, since the bolts 5 are arranged at predetermined intervals, the bolts 5, 5 Since the tightening force acting on the laminated iron plate differs between the part where it is tightened and the approximately central part between the bolts 5 and 5, the problem is that the unbalanced tightening force on the laminated iron plate causes the laminated iron plate to vibrate and generate noise. There was a problem of insufficient rigidity of the clamp 3 due to this.

FIG. 3 is a partially omitted front view of a core type transformer 12, which is an example of an induction electric device according to the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, an insulating clamping member 14, which is longer and wider than the lower core yoke 13, extends horizontally. The clamping member 14 is made of resin concrete with a sufficient cross section to increase its rigidity, and inside thereof,
As shown in FIG. 5, reinforcing materials 15 made of reinforcing bars or glass fiber bars are embedded in a grid pattern. Further, near the upper and lower edges of the clamping member 14, a plurality of tubes 16 through which tightening bolts are inserted are horizontally embedded as described below, and one (upper in FIG. 5) edge is embedded horizontally as described below. It is formed slightly thinner than the other edge so that the coil lead can be easily pulled out. The tube 16 is buried near the end of the clamping member 14 and near the upper and lower edges between the core legs 17, and is fixed in a predetermined position by the reinforcing material 15 during manufacture. It is something that Further, the outer surface of the clamping member 14 is covered with an inorganic fiber sheet 18 such as a glass sheet that is spread when injecting the resin.
This sheet 18 is completely made into a reinforced plastic by leaching the resin, and prevents the surface of the holding member 14 from becoming powdery due to deterioration.

The lower core yoke 13 has clamping members 14 on both sides.
The upper and lower edges near the ends of the core legs 17 are tightened by the end tightening bolts 19, and the upper and lower edges between the core legs 17 are tightened by the inside-window tightening bolts 20 and the outside-window tightening bolts 21. has been done. That is, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the end tightening bolt 19 is inserted into the tube 16 at the upper and lower edges near the end, and a nut 22 is attached to the clamping member at the end. 1
4 and are screwed together. In addition, the tube 16 at the upper edge between each core leg 17
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a window tightening bolt 20 whose base is integrally attached via reinforcing plates 24 welded to both ends of the connecting plate 23 is inserted into the clamping member 14. A nut 25 is screwed into contact with the outer surface of the clamping member 14 at the tip of the window internal tightening bolt 20 protruding from the window. Note that an insulating material 26 is interposed between the connection plate 23 and the lower core yoke 13. Further, the outside window tightening bolt 21 is the end tightening bolt 19.
It is inserted into the tube 16 in the same way, and
At its end, a nut 27 is screwed into contact with the outer surface of the clamping member 14, but if the width of the clamping member 14 with respect to the lower core yoke 13 is small, it may be difficult to tighten the bolt inside the window. Similarly to the bolts 20, they may be connected by connecting plates.

As described above, in the present invention, insulating clamping members are disposed at both ends of an iron core yoke, and the upper and lower edges of the clamping members are tightened with a plurality of fasteners. Even if the spatial leakage magnetic flux crosses, no circulating current will flow, and an increase in local loss can be prevented. Further, since the joint between the core yoke and the core leg can be tightened without drilling holes, iron loss can be reduced.
Furthermore, since the clamping member includes a reinforcing material therein, it has sufficient rigidity when the clamping member is tightened.
No damage or lack of tightening pressure.
Furthermore, the clamping member is made thinner on the coil side, making it easier to lead out the lead wire, and the rigidity can be increased by using reinforcing materials, tubes, and sheets to compensate for the lack of strength caused by making the coil side thinner. Therefore, the clamping member as a whole has excellent insulation properties and rigidity, and has remarkable effects such as reducing vibration and noise, and reducing iron loss at the same time.
